And the signs of earth, sun, night, day, boundary, woman, man, hermaphrodite, etc., are used to distinguish. That is, purify with the previously shown sequence of mudras, or the sequence of mantras, and the yogi will abide in the clear light of the mind, which is free from all aspects of nature. In order to explain the order of the third stage, it is said, "Abide in the samadhi like an illusion." In this regard, there are the generation stage, the vajra recitation, and the stage of focusing on the mind. Through these three, body, speech, and mind are completely purified, because they possess the fruit of previous aspirations. As stated by the Great自在天, in order to abandon the aspect of annihilation, and in order to do benefit until the end of the kalpa, just like the enlightenment of the Shravakas, in order to completely abandon the truth of cessation, the yogi abides in the samadhi like an illusion. If one knows how to generate the body of Vajradhara, which is like the sky and like the bow of Indra, then, it is said, consciousness, although its essence has no appearance, is merely the nature of appearance. In this regard, first, from the clear light of the mind, it appears as the form of five-colored rays, then like the appearance of the moon, then like the appearance of the sun, then like the appearance of the twilight boundary, and when everything becomes one, the deity body of the nature of mind, endowed with the best of all forms, will arise. This is also approximated by the twelve metaphors of dreams and illusions, etc., and this is the mind-nature body of the Buddha. If the formless wisdom, how does it appear as things like hands, etc.? It is said, because the appearance is not realized, the five aggregates such as form will not become objects of focus, and appearance is also the general dharma of wisdom. Therefore, whatever appears is the image of wisdom, because the absence of appearance transcends the image of wisdom. For the time being, let us combine that wisdom body with the twelve metaphors of illusion, like the bow of Indra, because it transcends the existence and non-existence of the five colors.

Like a dream, although it doesn't exist, it can actually accomplish things. Like a mirage, it is only an object for the eyes. Like the moon in water, although it is one, it appears as many. Like an echo in a valley, the Dharma that is taught transcends existence and non-existence. Like an emanation, it is only a separate appearance. Like a Gandharva city, it is surrounded by various mandalas. Like an image in a mirror, it itself will not be enjoyed by both. Like an eye disease, it disappears as soon as it is seen. Like a fire wheel, although it is one, it appears as many. Like a water bubble, although it can be seen, there is no essence inside. Like an illusion, it is for the benefit of sentient beings. In order to manifest the conventional truth of these twelve similes of illusion, until one abides in the essence of Bodhicitta, one should practice four similar behaviors, as well as actions that are mainly dance gestures such as coquetry, mudras, mandalas, recitations, tormas, fire offerings, consecrations, offerings, empowerments, invitations, abidings, and sendings, as well as explaining the three samadhis such as the initial application, or practicing meditation in order to understand its meaning, even if one practices the six perfections such as the practice of giving without remainder, if there is no attachment to it, one will abide in the illusion-like samadhi. If one becomes attached to it, it will become an object of attachment, therefore, in order to master it, in order to explain the fourth stage. If a yogi who understands the nature of illusion abides in that samadhi, then, at that time, illusion itself will become Bodhi. Even if it becomes emptiness, there is no fault, but that is not true either, because the self-luminous suchness transcends the conceptual thoughts such as illusion. If illusion is suchness
