One with wondrous form is not wondrous. Not abiding, not swiftly departing. Thus it is said. Like this, for all emptiness that is neither existent nor nonexistent, where is the going, which is to expand with the order of arising, and where is the coming, which is to gather with the order of entering, and the abiding indicated by the word "and," which is where these are not, by saying "not," it shows that it is not the stage of vajra recitation. Exhaustion is the three consciousnesses. Increase is the three appearances. Reality is luminosity. Non-reality is the natures, by saying "these are not," it shows that it is not the stage of complete purification of mind. One with wondrous form is to accomplish benefit in an instant by way of expanding other mandala wheels. One who acts wondrously is to know the purity of nature as luminosity through the twelve similes of illusion, by saying "these are also not," it shows that it is not the stage of self-blessing. The saying "not abiding" is because it does not abide in samsara and nirvana. "Not swiftly departing" is abiding in samadhi like an unmoving vajra, this saying shows that it is not the stage of union. Know that the nature of all emptiness is just like that, it is ultimate. That is: That which is free from the talk of existence and non-existence, Is not virtuous reality, nor is it sinful reality. Not the self of virtue and sin, is the supreme, That is all emptiness, spoken by the Victorious One. Thus it is said. The Vaibhashikas think that the skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas are established by valid cognition, so they exist. The Yogacharas think that all dharmas are of the nature of mere consciousness, and there is nothing at all outside. The Sutrantikas think that the external world can exist by inference, but cannot be seen directly. The Madhyamikas think that the grasped and the grasper are neither one nor different, so only emptiness exists. The Lokayatas think that the elements themselves are the nature of sentient beings, so there is no next life. Thus, regarding the talk of existence and non-existence, etc.,
