E. Therefore, that is called the applied yoga and the body of mantra. Here, since the nature of illusion itself is the main thing, because it is not merely applied, the meditation on the form of a deity is definitely the cause of becoming a Buddha. Therefore, it should be called the body of wisdom, which is the literal meaning. Now, the distinction between cause and effect: "The samadhi of self-blessing, Likewise, the state of luminosity, That which is shown in the two truths, Is the distinction between cause and effect." The intention of what was said is this: the samadhi of self-blessing, that is, holding the illusory body with the third stage, and the state of luminosity, that is, with the second stage, in order to purify nature and appearance, the characteristic of realizing the suchness of luminosity is the two truths of that, the nature of the two, conventional truth and ultimate truth, should be known as the distinction between cause and effect. Luminosity is the cause, because the body arises from that. Self-blessing is the effect, because that arises from that. Another distinction between cause and effect is: "By the stages of self-blessing, Luminosity will be attained. Therefore, the vajra master, Should first show self-blessing." As it is said, after that, relying on the illusory-like samadhi of the stages of self-blessing, in order to purify the conventional, by purifying desire and so on with the fourth stage, therefore the luminosity of the characteristic of manifest enlightenment will be attained. Therefore, the stages of self-blessing are the cause, and luminosity is the effect, which is the distinction. Therefore, the vajra master should first show the stages of self-blessing by which one will comprehend luminosity, that is the meaning. If that is the case, the second and fourth stages are of the same kind, and those are different from the difference of means and the difference of ground. Therefore, luminosity is both cause and effect, and self-blessing is also both cause and effect. However, in relation to the fourth stage, the third stage is the cause, and the second

In relation to the ground, the third is the fruit. In relation to the sequence, the third is the cause relative to the second. In relation to the sequence, the third is the fruit relative to the fourth, this is "Spa." Now is the self-blessing sequence's own nature along with its cause. All beings are without autonomy, they do not arise autonomously. Its cause is luminosity, all luminosity is emptiness. Thus it is said, these beings are bound by the imprints of karma and afflictions, therefore they are without autonomy, they are under the power of others. The deity body of the generation stage yogi is also without autonomy, because it is generated by the sequence of the moon and vajra, etc. Therefore, it is not autonomous, it does not arise by its own power, it is only unborn. Therefore, the cause for the deity body to be autonomous by the nature of mind is only luminosity, not anything else. Doesn't the body of the generation stage yogi also arise from seeing emptiness? Therefore, if it is said that it will become the same, it will not become the same, because it is only emptiness, not luminosity. Like this, this is the stability of mantra, if it is like that, then it is not clear, otherwise what is the connection to reciting mantra? Here there is no need for mantra and so on. All emptiness and luminosity should be taken as the object of the cause. Therefore, from the cause of luminosity, the deity body of the nature of mind will arise autonomously, this is "Spa." Luminosity is one itself, if there is a difference made by autonomous and non-autonomous, then it will not become that very nature, in order to eliminate this fault. With whatever mind the children are bound in samsara, with that very mind the yogis will go to the realm of the Sugatas. Thus it is said, by whatever is impaired by the imprints of karma and afflictions, the children will be bound in samsara, with that bound mind, through the door of fully knowing the difference between nature and appearance, the yogis will go to the Buddha realm of the departed.

The status of those places will be obtained. Therefore, luminosity is only one, and bondage and liberation are caused by not fully understanding it. Because it is both autonomous and not autonomous, it itself pervades everything and there is no decay. Thinking that there is actually no bondage and liberation, no birth and death, it is said: Here no one is born, nor does anyone die, the nature of mind is permanent, and it should be known that samsara is it. If examined ultimately, beings have no birth or death at all, because the three realms are originally of unborn nature. These births and deaths are imputed, not truly existent, because they have no self-nature, so they are false. It is said: Arising from the condition of ignorance, when viewed with true wisdom, birth and cessation, nothing can be identified. and so on. If so, then how can there be samsara? If someone says this, then the nature of mind is the nature of mind, appearing as the image of the grasper and the grasped, that image itself is samsara. Here, there is actually no so-called samsara, this is not (Buddha's) intention. Now, the body of karma arises, without the combination of wind, the nature of mind cannot be grasped. From the mind where self-nature becomes the cause, all karma and birth arise. It is said. First, when the mind of the gandharva enters the mixture of semen and blood, it mixes with the wind called life, becoming the essence of the eight consciousnesses of the nature of mind. After that, coming out of the womb, the nature of mind arises naturally from the mind. After that, grasping similar objects, doing good and bad deeds, then dying and transferring, connecting to another life, the karmic body of samsara arises in this way, which is just the literal meaning. The body of wisdom is: consciousness combined with wind, these three again
