Its sound is thus. The meaning thus summarized is this: The yogi who possesses elaborate conduct, in the three-storied meditation room, places food and arrangements etc. in the lower room; places various musical instruments in the middle room; and then, on the throne on the top floor, sits closely as the central main deity. Contemplate the nature of goddesses such as Buddha's Eye, as well as the samaya mudras, and also contemplate the five adorned goddesses with forms etc. surrounding, such as the directions. With the prerequisite of contemplating all of this as the body of the deity, merge with the five families. Singing various beautiful Vajra songs, thereby making them happy, and the yogi who is satisfied by enjoying various desires, should enter into samadhi with a collection of various actions. And, as long as the Suchness of Great Bliss is experienced, one should remain in it. This is called the Abhisambodhi of elaborate conduct and Dharma-arising. The yogi who possesses non-elaborate conduct, if the Tathagatas appearing in dreams prophesy, saying, 'Hold a certain Mahamudra and practice,' then one should have deep faith in this, Study well, and take the mudra that is in accordance with the lineage. In order to correspond with the desire deity, make artificial hair buns etc. made of wood etc., and be content with the food obtained, wandering from one place to another in a state of self and non-self. Without being known by anyone, just like that, until the Abhisambodhi becomes clear, one must become accustomed to the path of practicing together with it. This is called the Abhisambodhi of non-elaborate conduct and the Dharmadhatu. The yogi who possesses extremely non-elaborate conduct, abandoning the objects of external discrimination, makes the wisdom mudra. Whether with or without conduct, one can abide, and without clinging, even if worldly people laugh at this as a madman, one should take the roots and fruits of trees as food, and with meditation

Possessing food, until the attainment of manifest enlightenment is accomplished, during that time, one should engage in meditation and so forth by being in harmony with it. The so-called unsurpassed, non-elaborate conduct and unsurpassed manifest enlightenment refer to the literal meaning. Now, for those who think, "What is the use of familiarizing oneself with the thusness that is inherently established?" a verse is made from the perspective of the former side: "The nature that is established from the beginning, that is inherently established, if it does not arise from conceptualization, what is the use of diligent practice?" Thus it is said. This means that it is not reasonable to say that the thusness can be attained through the purification of the sequence of consciousness or through the sequence of conduct. Thus, the so-called thusness is the self-nature of suchness. That suchness is also the constant and abiding nature of all things, therefore it is the nature of reality, constant, and inherently established. Therefore, self-nature, that is, established by its own nature, and does not arise from conceptualization, that is, it does not arise from the conceptualization of the sequence of wisdom and purified consciousness, nor does it occur. If that is the case, then it will become impermanent, because it is the nature of conceptualization. And the result is in accordance with the cause. Therefore, what is the use of diligent practice for the thusness that is established from the beginning, that is, practicing gradually? It is not appropriate to familiarize oneself in all aspects, which is the literal meaning. In response: "Having abandoned the sequence of wisdom, whoever thinks like that here, not knowing its distinctions, those will again have to practice diligently." Thus it is said. Whoever, as an arguer, relying on the doctrine of inherent existence, abandons the sequence of wisdom, that is, does not understand the sequence of consciousness and wisdom as cause and effect, and the distinctions of the sequence of the opponent's side, and thinks that one should not familiarize oneself, those who think and speak like that do not understand the distinctions of wisdom and so on, and with what wisdom, what is the nature of self, and from what does what self-nature arise,
