Na tandu. The yogi with yogic knowledge always meditates. As for this, first, from any of the yogis such as the great Vajradhara, at the tip of the nose, that is, at the secret place, the heart, and the tip of the nose on the face, with mustard seed, that is, bodhicitta, the bindu of mind, in the form of a great star at dawn, contemplate it as the essence of bodhicitta that arises from within all the chakras of the channels. After that, in order to abandon attachment to external objects, contemplate that mustard seed as moving or not moving, that is, the wheel of light arising from the three realms with the nature of stability and movement, bring it inside and contemplate it as the nature of everything. Thus, the yogi who has abandoned the distinction between self and other will abide in that state. After that, wisdom, that is, the ten winds. The place is the three syllables. Delight is the five Tathagatas. Secret is the goddesses. Wisdom is the bodhisattvas. Examination is the wrathful ones, contemplate and think of their nature. Therefore, the five colors are the various distinctions of the Tathagata family, which emit a collection of rays of light. Like a jewel, it is precious, that is, a great jewel, because it completely accomplishes all the thoughts of the yoga that delights the great realm of sentient beings. Mustard seed is about the size of a grain, that is, about the size of a grain of small mustard seed. At the tip of the nose, that is, meditate on the tip of either vajra or lotus. The so-called yogic knowledge is the yogi who knows one of the six branches, life and diligence. Always means day and night, meaning until it becomes single-pointed. It should be said like this, the difference of the yogi with the lineage of desire and so on, at the three tips of the nose, the middle of the eyebrows, and the navel, place the bindu that has eliminated the distinction between self and other, and practice it until the mind attains single-pointedness. If asked what kind of bindu it is, then its difference should be declared.

It should be declared. In the secret place, contemplate the form of a bindu that has become the essence of bodhicitta through the path of equal union of skillful means and wisdom. In the heart center, contemplate the form of a mantra bindu, which is a collection of Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and the seed syllable of speech mastery, and also a collection of the seed syllable of mind. In the face, contemplate the wheel of light, which gradually expands the four mandalas, and is a collection of red and other colors, as the form of a light bindu. Some say that the bindu in the secret place itself, guided by the wind that expels downward, should be held as two, because it is the very nature of great bliss. Similarly, others say that it should be examined in the center of the eyebrows and navel. This is explained with intention. The so-called explanation with intention means that for the sake of people with sharp faculties, contradictory words are used to show only that very truth. As it is said: The father and mother are to be killed, the king and the Brahmin, if one kills the land, retinue, and possessions, that person is praised by the holy ones. As it is said and so on. Now is the explanation. The Vajra words, this explanation, the deeds asked by the four goddesses, are spoken from the tantra of explanation, that is, the words that are indestructible like a vajra and have profound meaning are the speech composed of words. This, which is the explanation of the Vajra words previously spoken, specifically, the four goddesses, namely Buddhalocana and others, asked, is spoken from the tantra of explanation, that is, according to the literal meaning. From the essence is the supreme essence. The secret of all Buddhas is that all of them dwell in self-nature. That itself is what the goddess speaks of. The nature of the five wisdoms is breath. The measure of a mustard seed. The deity dwelling in its center. The nature of the non-manifest and manifest. The meaning of what was said is this: That itself is the ultimate truth, that is, O goddess, the mothers of the families of Buddhalocana and others, will be explained to you and explained separately. What is that itself like? The essence is the form of the deity arising from the five stages of enlightenment in relation to the conduct tantras and so on. From those
