Therefore, one should contemplate the nature of arising from the syllable Hūṃ. Like this, focusing from the initial cause to the final completion is the recitation of Amitābha. Similarly, from the indestructible arises the mandala of water, placing the syllable Oṃ and entering, the syllable Oṃ completely dissolves and becomes the syllable Āḥ, and the syllable Hūṃ arises and abides, is the recitation of Vajra Protector. Similarly, above the mandala of the Great自在 arising from the indestructible, the three syllables expand and contract and merge, visualizing as the nature of absorption, is the recitation of Ratnasambhava. Similarly, the mandala of wind arising from the indestructible arises, placing the syllable Oṃ and entering, finally the syllable Āḥ abides, and the syllable Hūṃ radiates, is the recitation of Amoghasiddhi. The very nature of mantra is Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) as stated in the root tantra. The recitation of understanding the meaning is to take the movement of wind, the selflessness of the indestructible, as the mind's discrimination. Goodness refers to the expanding form. What is called contemplating as the Buddhas of the three times refers to the three syllables. Begging refers to dividing into letters, which is recitation. Like this, one should not desire to be the recitation of a mantra practitioner, therefore one should not be attached to not doing it either. What is called the first one refers to the initial short A of all categories. Nine refers to the nine categories. Not bound by ten refers to not exceeding the nine categories. The nine also refer to the eight categories of vowels and consonants, plus the neuter category, which makes nine. Following these nine numbers refers to the syllable A pervading and entering all nine numbers. The end of the elements is the indestructible letter Ha. The remainder is clear. Four refers to Ya, Ra, La, Va. Three refers to Śa, Ṣa, Sa. What is called short refers to the short syllable A, which will become the essence of speech. It is separate from one and many. What is called the subsequently spoken letters refers to the letters Kha, Tsa, and so on. What is called manifesting towards refers to the letters Ga, Dza, and so on, these expressions should also be regarded as the forms of the three syllables. Therefore, it is indicated by "that is the completely transformed form." Those should also be combined with the indestructible through wisdom, because that is its cause.

Sa-gyä is Vairochana and so on. Their bodies are the three syllables, which are recitation and supreme recitation. That itself is the inner recitation, the Suchness of wind, the general aspect of imperishability, and for the cause of the Dharmakaya, one should only do expanding and contracting and so on. What is called the four combinations refers to those four times. For the four times together with the eight intervals, five thousand five thousand and four hundred four hundred each for white cloth and so on. In the four sessions, the exhalations are counted. The numbers of the mixed elements that arise separately are easy to understand. The undiminished limbs are indicated by the nature of the letters themselves. What is called a hundred thousand counts refers only to the recitation of the nature of immortality, not to the number. Such a Vajra yogi is like finding an elephant first, so why look for the elephant's footprints? Inviting, refers to the syllable Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵). Quick, refers to the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Not both, please abide, refers to the syllable Ah (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿). From then on, and so on, refers to other yogas transformed by desire. For this, the first syllable is the first A (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿) of each category, which is emitted by combining with the syllable Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵). The eighth, and so on, shows that Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is used to inhale, indicating that the yogi recites as he pleases. The meaning of Ya, and so on, refers to killing and expelling whatever mandala of wind there is, and for the mandala of fire, one should do attracting and so on. For water, it is pacifying and so on. For the great powerful one, it is increasing and so on. A session is half and half, which refers to two winds mixed with each transformation. What is called the three wisdoms refers to appearance and so on. This is the commentary on the first chapter of Vajra Recitation. Second, the commentary on the order of mind purification. In order to clarify the three wisdoms, the second is spoken. For this, the four prostrations refer to prostrating to the four emptinesses. If one considers it from the perspective of one's own nature, there is no one to be praised and no one who praises. Just as water is poured into water, it merges, one's own mind is appearance and so on.
