Being omnipresent, the Emanation Body pervades each and every sentient being in the three realms. Because the activity is all-pervasive, it is said that the Buddha is all-pervasive. As stated in the Ornament of Clear Realization. Absence of characteristics means that the distinctions of imputation such as existence and non-existence, grasper and grasped, permanence and annihilation, otherness, oneness, and so forth, are characteristics. Being separated from them is being without inherent existence and being free from elaboration. The bliss of the Victorious Ones is the bliss co-emergent with the Dharmakaya itself, and being non-different from that is the Body of Great Bliss. Therefore, in the manner of Great Bliss, it is also incomparable and also equal to emptiness. Because the thoughts of existence and so forth are eliminated, the non-conceptual and the two truths are of one taste, a body of union, therefore it is a single non-conceptual body. In this Vajrayana, the Sambhogakaya, which is of one taste with Great Bliss, is also established as the Nirmanakaya through the emanation of the accumulation of merit and wisdom. These three bodies are also the conventional truth, and their lack of inherent existence is the clear light Dharmakaya, the ultimate truth. Thus, the meaning spoken by the Bhagavan is written in the Lamp of Clarity: The three bodies are distinct, The protector truly declared, By the means of the stages of completion, They also become one and undifferentiated. Whatever is the characteristic of the Buddha's body, That is what is spoken of as the conventional truth, Those who completely practice that, Will be purified in clear light. This realm of the path of words, The nature of the wisdom body of the chief lord, For the benefit of all sentient beings, Appears like a rainbow. Thus, the two truths are actually one. It is established as four bodies by the distinction of opposites. Sometimes it is five bodies, in order to accord with the differences of those to be tamed. The Body of Union has been completely examined. By whatever emanation the emanation body emanates, that is also inseparable from emptiness and compassion, merely an appearance of the mind endowed with great bliss, therefore, apart from the Sambhogakaya, it is established as the nature of the three bodies. Sometimes, for some beings to be tamed, the Nirmanakaya is shown to be solely the ultimate body. Having made prostrations, preceded by praise of such a nature.
