名为“迅速”等等，“迅速”是起立。完全收集是完全进入。具缓慢是安住。咒语的三个字，确定结合是修持。先前是咒语的完全使用。那也通过修持而结合，在那之后立即，上师在弟子的耳边如此这般地开示之后，果实就会产生。名为“完全努力”是弟子祈请。这上师和弟子两者的讲述，做二事的词语应当看作是没有的。现在是六个章节的利益和咒语的收集，以及念诵的数目也显示，从“之后”等等开始。“之后”的声音是显示咒语收集的意思。瑜伽的自在是瑜伽的总顶上的宝珠。那些和关联的“秘密的字完全讲述”应当连接。不显示本身就是秘密。或者，以此，神的真实性是秘密，所以是秘密。既是秘密又是字，所以是秘密的字。那依靠殊胜的行者而完全讲述，是应当开示的，金刚持如是说。如何呢？说了名为“殊胜的方法”等等。以超离世间的道理。名为“为了完全开示”是应当完全明示。另外如何呢？名为“瑜伽”是神本身的等持，那的成就达到究竟。果实是那本身圆满，大手印的成就。那两种方式完全开示而给予，是瑜伽的成就的果实给予。谁的心念仅仅，名为“仅仅”，除了瑜伽的成就之外，仅仅念诵的意思。瑜伽士能够给予殊胜。殊胜是显现欲求，持明咒者等等本身。从“最初”等等开始。此处最初的字是嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）。那在众多咒语的开始显现本身，因此，以那的结合而次第述说的瑜伽士连接。那做什么呢？吸气，是气向上运行。恒常

Regarding "swift" and so forth, "swift" means to rise. Completely gathering means to fully enter. Possessing slowness means abiding. The three syllables of the mantra, definitely combining, are practiced. Previously, it is the complete use of the mantra. That also becomes combined through practice, and immediately after that, the guru, having shown something like this in the disciple's ear, the fruit will arise. "Completely striving" means the disciple entreats. These words spoken by both the guru and the disciple should be regarded as non-existent. Now, the benefits of the six chapters, the collection of mantras, and the number of recitations are also shown, starting from "then" and so forth. The sound of "then" is the meaning of showing the collection of mantras. The Lord of Yoga is the jewel on the crown of Yoga. Those and the related "secret letters completely explained" should be connected. Not showing itself is secret. Or, by this, the suchness of the deity is secret, therefore it is secret. It is both secret and a letter, therefore it is a secret letter. That is completely explained relying on the noble goer, it is to be taught, Vajradhara said. How is it? He spoke of "noble method" and so on. By reasoning that transcends the world. "For the sake of complete explanation" means to be completely clarified. Furthermore, how is it? "Yoga" means the samadhi of the deity itself, that attainment reaches the ultimate. The fruit is that itself is complete, the attainment of the Great Seal. Those two aspects, completely revealed, give, is the fruit of the attainment of yoga giving. Whose thought alone, called "alone," apart from the attainment of yoga, is the meaning of merely reciting. The yogi is able to give the supreme. Supreme is manifest desire, vidyadhara and so on themselves. Starting from "first" and so on. Here, the first letter is Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡).
