The three, including "I," reside in the four mandalas of fire, etc., for half and half periods, meaning they have attained a place to reside. How is this so? "Action" means accomplishing actions such as pacification. As it is said: When the mantra practitioner is diligent in accomplishing actions such as pacification, at that time, their mind remains in equipoise, and in each of the mandalas of wind, etc., for half and half periods, the movement of wind is closely observed, which is the condensed meaning. "Two and two" means twice and twice, and it should be known that they constantly move in each of their respective mandalas for half a day and half a night. Furthermore, conversely, in this way, the movement of wind changes from two to sixteen days and nights. Alternatively, "two and two" is a repetitive word, meaning the four types of activities. It means to meditate based on that. Some say that one should thoroughly combine those four activities, and that is also without fault. "Offering" means that any yogi who is diligent in making offerings will also be offered to by others, and wherever they go, they will be offered to in that place, which is the concluding remark. "Recitation" means that through recitation, etc., one is separated from the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and becomes pure. "In fire" means that by being diligent in offering to fire, one will become wealthy. "Meditation" means that if one abides especially in meditation, one will also attain nirvana, which is the meaning of the words. Having understood in this way, it means that the yogi who has attained their own nature in this way sees beings as belonging to the three realms, like children, wandering completely in the cycle of existence according to the power of the imprints of virtue and non-virtue, like beings. Therefore, at that moment, the mantra practitioner can accomplish this secret mantra and can give fruit. How does it give? "Non-conceptual Dharmata" means attaining the Dharmata of non-conceptuality, which is the cause for accomplishing and perfecting the Vajra Speech, the Bhagavan Amitabha, when the suchness of the mantra is clear. The suchness of the mantra should also be definitely combined with mind-only, meaning combined with the net of conceptualization.

The single mind that abandons all fabrications is the Mind-Only. How is it? It is explained through the "three wisdoms," through the three wisdoms of appearance and so on, with their respective differentiated intellects. This is elucidated through two verses, those that can contain and those that cannot, such as "despising the guru," and so on. Whoever has contempt and slanderous words for the guru, the spiritual friend, is addressed with those words. A crooked person is one who is not upright. One without faith is one who is without belief. Even merely reciting mantras, one becomes conceited; seeing scriptures, one becomes arrogant and haughty, which is the same as being conceited without having seen scriptures. Even if others speak and explain well to some extent, if one does not believe and practice, that is being without faith. Saying that one has received empowerment without having received it is an inferior empowerment. For such an inferior disciple stained by many faults, even the words of the suchness of mantra should not be spoken, meaning that even talking about it should not be done. If someone has faith, even if only a very small teaching is given, they will accept it as it is, respecting the guru and diligently serving with their mind. Being eager to listen is respecting listening, and constantly striving and making effort in it. Being able to remember what has been heard and not forgetting it is being able to remember what has been heard. Being able to understand and comprehend through just a few words spoken by the guru, with prostration preceding it, that is the meaning of "remembering." Such a person does not need to be examined by the noble guru. The so-called "that person" is what must be grasped, in short, this person is not an object of examination. Because this person is one of the four objects taken care of by the kindness of the great guru, or rather, this person has faith in the guru. An example is given, such as "from the peak of the mountain king," and so on. Just as some people think that even if they act carelessly on the peak of Mount Meru, even if they think they will not fall, they will still fall, because here they have not seen anything to hold onto. If someone else says that perhaps they will stay on the side of Mount Meru, even so, falling is the inevitable result. Here it is said to be an example without doubt. Here the meaning is explained, that is, the guru's.
