Action is the very nature of great bliss, the essence of the three letters. The general meaning is for the sake of no regret. Again, the general meaning is shown. "One," and so on. "First" is the first, the order of vowels. Furthermore, "first" is the first, the consonants. "Nine" is the nature of the nine categories, which is also the first, and also possesses the nine categories, so it is the first of the nine categories, a special collection. "Center" is the center of the body. "Place" is the remainder of the sentence. "Ten" is by these, the latter nine categories of letters and the first letter. "Whoever" is endowed with meditation and habituation. "Unbound" means unfettered, those categories are the very nature of illusion, because they perish as soon as they are spoken. "That is unbound" is a synonym for not clinging to the letters that are the nature of speech. The rest is as before. "That" is endowed with meditation on the latter part of the letters. "Knowledge" means knowing. "Supreme" is the distinction of the place where the latter part of the illusory letters is spoken. The general meaning of habituating the generation stage and so on is explained. Now the hidden explanation is shown. "One," and so on, some are the nature of life, the essence of wind and bodhicitta. "First" is supreme. "Nine in the center" is the center of the nine winds, up to the so-called "essence." The nine winds have been explained before. "Ten" is by the nine winds and the first wind, the nature of life, as ten. "Whoever" is endowed with the nature of the explicitly spoken mantra. "Unbound" means not clinging, to the collections of peaceful and other actions, which is the remainder of the sentence. "That is unbound" means doing what is to be done as desired. The rest is as before. "That" is endowed with the thusness of the wind, habituated. "Knowledge" means the thusness of the wind, as it flows in the channels in order. Because the dharma of desire is taught, it is hidden.

Furthermore, it explains the same. "One," and so on. "One" is the immutable, inexpressible, sky-like nature, the steadfast letter. "First" means the place where all dharmas arise. "Nine in the center" means the culmination of the five senses and the four elements. To abide in that place is called the remainder of the word. "By ten" means the five senses and the five objects. These and so on. "Whoever" refers to the yogi who has abandoned the mind's consciousness. "Unbound" means not indulging in distraction. "That is unbound" means the unwavering mind. "Having known" means to be understood. "That" means diligently striving for wisdom. "Knowing" is the meaning of experience. "Supreme" means the indestructible nature of the Dharmadhatu, meaning that the nature of self-awareness is a supreme experience. Because the meaning of conventional truth is understood, it is hidden. Again, it explains the same. "One" refers to the essence of clear light, which is difficult to realize, and which always appears, and the indestructible bindu, which relies on the eight-spoked wheel of Dharma, abides in A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), and is the nature of perfectly knowing the four elements. "First" refers to the first wisdom, which is initially experienced during the time of oral instruction. "Nine in the center" refers to the petals of a hundred-petaled lotus, with A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), Ka (Tibetan: ཀ, Devanagari: क, Romanized Sanskrit: ka, Literal meaning: Ka), Ca (Tibetan: ཙ, Devanagari: च, Romanized Sanskrit: ca, Literal meaning: Ca), Ṭa (Tibetan: ཊ, Devanagari: ट, Romanized Sanskrit: ṭa, Literal meaning: Ṭa), Ta (Tibetan: ཏ, Devanagari: त, Romanized Sanskrit: ta, Literal meaning: Ta), Pa (Tibetan: པ, Devanagari: प, Romanized Sanskrit: pa, Literal meaning: Pa), Ya (Tibetan: ཡ, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal meaning: Ya), and Sha (Tibetan: ཤ, Devanagari: श, Romanized Sanskrit: śa, Literal meaning: Sha) being the eight, and the ninth being the experience of the nature of the bindu. "Abiding" refers to the meaning of the word. "By ten" refers to the distractions of the mind's conceptual thoughts, and so on. As it is said: "Existence and non-existence, as well as superimposition, defamation, realization, oneness and multiplicity, and the discrimination of non-difference, clinging to names that appear as they are in meaning, the Victorious One and his retinue should completely abandon." Thus it is said. "Whoever" refers to the yogi who dwells especially in non-conceptualization. "Unbound" means not showing attachment. The venerable mendicant Bhiksu Dig-naga said, as it is said: "When the mind is distracted elsewhere by the ten distractions, by realizing non-dual wisdom, it becomes a vessel."
