One should understand the five aspects of one's own mind from that. One's own mind is the peaceful essence of all Buddhas, because body, speech, and mind are inseparable. Such two kinds of solitude are naturally established and abide in all sentient beings. Thus, in the Glorious Guhyasamaja it is said: You should generate the view of mind as body, speech as mind, and mind as speech. The explanation of bodily solitude is the second branch. The third branch: the explanation of speech solitude. Speech solitude has two aspects: solitude from ordinary people and solitude from yogis. To show solitude from ordinary people, the "Five Wisdoms" and so on are taught. In general, the body of sentient beings has five root winds and five branch winds, totaling ten. Furthermore, in the tantra of the great yogi called Vajra, it is said: "Life and downward-clearing, fire and co-existing, upward-moving, pervasive, moving, completely moving, perfectly moving, supremely moving, and definitely moving." These ten winds are exhaling and inhaling, and like a mirror, they transform into the nature of the five wisdoms, so they are called the breath of the nature of the five wisdoms. The winds and so on are the nature of the five elements, so they are the essence of the five elements. These winds transform into three: entering, abiding, and rising, so they are a mass. They also transform into the form of Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), arising in form from the mandala of fire and so on. Having arisen, thoroughly examine the tip of the nose. This means to constantly examine the order of arising from the right nostril and so on of the conventional nose. How should they be examined? It is said, "Jewel" and so on. The three letters that are inseparable from entering, abiding, and rising are the nature of the five Tathagatas, so they are jewels. With the distinction of body color, they possess five rays of white and so on, so they are the five colors. Because they nourish, they are called life. Because they expand and contract day and night in a spontaneously accomplished manner, they are also said to be diligent.

That is, performing Vajra recitation in this way means to observe and meditate. Among them, the upward-moving wind, located in the fire wheel of the white silk nature below the hidden place, flowing from the right nostril of the mundane, is the nature of the Tathagata Amitabha, the essence of red light. The karma winds activate the sense gates and experience food and the like through tongue consciousness. Existing together with fire, located in the navel, is the wind wheel of Tara's nature, flowing from the left nostril, is the nature of accomplishing all meanings, the essence of black light. The function is to digest food and the like simultaneously. The downward-excreting wind, located in the secret place, is the earth wheel of the nature of the eye mother, flowing from both nostrils, is the nature of Ratnasambhava, the essence of yellow light. The function is to excrete wind, feces, urine, and the like downwards. The life wind is located in the heart, is the water wheel of the nature of Mamaki, flowing slowly, is the nature of Akshobhya, the essence of white light. Purity, the function is to activate the sense gates and gather them inward. The pervasive wind is located in all joints, is the nature of the Tathagata Vairochana, the light that pervades everything, the essence of space. Whatever arises, it appears in the form of that thing's mandala, and at the time of death, it appears in the main form. The function is the extension, bending, and movement of the body, and so on. The common function of these winds is to serve as the mount of consciousness. The five branch winds of flowing and so on, are located in the five senses such as the eyes in order, and perform the function of external objects such as form. In this way, the reality of all winds is the three of entering, abiding, and rising. The three of entering, abiding, and rising become the mount of the three of (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), arising from the indestructible bindu located in the center of the lotus of the heart wheel in an indivisible manner, (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is rising, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) is entering, (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) is the nature of abiding, relying on colors such as white that have characteristics such as the water wheel.
