Thus it is. The Dharmakaya is without conceptualization, but because of the power of past aspirations, and because of the power of having previously meditated on the form of the Great Vajradhara, like a fish leaping from the water or waking quickly from sleep, the wisdom body of the Great Vajradhara, like a moon in water, possessing the eight powers, clearly and completely manifests the signs and marks, therefore it is called 'instantaneously perfecting wisdom.' Because its essence is unchanging, it is also considered 'samadhi.' From the body of the Great Vajradhara, which is never satisfied by seeing, he also manifests bodies that appear according to how beings are to be tamed. As it is said in the Guhyasamaja: "Ema Vajra E Vajra, Ema Vajra is shown, Where there is no body, speech, or mind, There, contemplate as form." And also in the Mahavyutpatti Sutra: "The pure light is vast, With the samadhi like a vajra, Having obtained the body of the joyful vajra, At the time when dawn arises, Like the moon in water and mirages, Adorned with the qualities of illusion, Having dwelt in the essence of bodhichitta, He defeats the armies of demons. The true lord Shakyamuni, Having well obtained the unsurpassed wisdom, For the benefit of the three realms of beings, He teaches it here as such." And also in the Golden Light Sutra: "Son of good family, it is like this: the sun and moon have no conceptualization, water and mirrors have no conceptualization, light shining has no conceptualization, but when the three come together, an image arises. Likewise, the suchness of the Dharma and the wisdom of suchness have no conceptualization, but because of the power of past aspirations, they manifest the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya to sentient beings who are fortunate. It is like this: for example, lightning appears dependent on empty space, and light appears dependent on lightning. Likewise, because of dependence on the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya is manifested. Because of dependence on the Sambhogakaya,

It is said that he manifested the body of a snake. This is the spontaneously accomplished path, the six-branched yoga. Those who deviate from the right path, Hinayana, wrong views, arrogance, hypocrisy, are devoid of compassion, wisdom, faith, divine power, and the joy of the Guru. Do not bestow the oral instructions, do not even utter a single word. Therefore, needless to say, do not bestow them upon those who are even worse vessels. To those who do not possess the vessel, giving oral instructions, the dakinis will also punish them by severing the vidya-mantra. They will vomit blood, contract leprosy, be poisoned, develop sores, be possessed by demons, end their lives, and then sentient beings will remain in hell for a long time. When bestowing the second and third initiations upon those who possess the vessel, after receiving the offerings of precious jewels, land, cities, etc., make the Guru radiant, generate compassion, and bestow the oral instructions; merely by bestowing the oral instructions themselves, one will be liberated. Just like the Udumbara flower, it is rare to understand this path. In order to clarify the oral instructions of the two stages, this is the essence of the lamp. This is the sacred Dharma like a jewel, obtaining the Yungdrung body. The oral instructions of body, speech, and mind are like nectar, my wisdom is like a precious jewel. Placed in the esophagus, the scriptures possessing eight branches. After observing and meditating beforehand, reveal the nectar of oral instructions. May all beings be free from afflictions and enter the path of Vajradhara. Entering this sacred path, may we attain the state of the Tathagata. The oral instructions on the stages of the great Vajradhara path are called "The Secret Nectar." Completed by the great scholar Eleven Sounds. Translated, edited, and finalized by the Indian Abbot Dharmasribhadra and the translator Bhikshu Rinchen Zangpo. The Secret Nectar, the Oral Instructions on the Stages of the Great Vajradhara Path, Eleven Sounds.
