Oṃ! This means that when one, two, or three times the movement of conceptualization is performed, when the wheel of the mandala is seen most clearly, the mind that has reached that state should be placed there. It is also said elsewhere: "Whatever things people truly join their minds with, it transforms into the nature of that thing, just like various jewels take on different shapes." Therefore, the limbs of the mantra should be recited without any deficiency. This indicates that through the stability of the mind, all external conceptualizations are emptied, and the mantra practitioner makes the wheel of the mandala manifest like an illusion. It is also said in another tantra: "Jima Jala Mje Tsandra Sahi Na Uso Satsana Mitsa. Tima So Mandala Tsakka Tata Tanta Asa Ha Bem Sacha." This is also called the second samadhi of the King of Mandalas. Now, if one wishes to explain the two distinctions of the verbal recitation of the three syllables, it is said: "Having spoken, the vajra unfolds," and so on. Having spoken means taking it from the nada of the samadhi mind in a verbal manner. Vajra is the three syllables. Unfolding means emitting it outwards. With the entering breath, in that very state, one should recite correctly, which refers to the complete recitation. This is the mantra recitation that arises from the very nature of all the Buddhas, namely the five Tathagatas. Therefore, it is explained that "the subtle yoga recitation should also be done in two ways." One should abide in suchness, which means that through the individually stable subtle union, whatever understands the mind as merely mind itself, that is focusing on suchness here. Thus, having seen the great Vajradhara as the essence of clear light, and wishing to gaze with a tormented mind, separated from the four that arise from the nature of love and so on, such as the eye-mother, in order to show how to supplicate with compassion, it is said: "The four goddesses abiding in the mandala," and so on. With four verses, with six characteristics and so on, preceding with praise in a charming and melodious song, awakening as if looking at one who is present in front, which is to request.

That's how it's done. What is called "Vajra Mind" and so on, refers to having attained a mind that is free. Because of having attained the kingship of the Dharma of the three realms, one is the lord of the place. The realm of sentient beings is because it is the nature of becoming sentient beings. Joy is enjoyment. Its pleasingness is to generate satisfaction, that is, joy is pleasing. The great meaning is supreme joy. "Wanting it, accomplishing it," therefore it is the desire for great meaning. With such joy, pleasingness, and desire, embracing and so on, please desire me, that is, enjoy. Because it is the cause of the arising of all sentient beings, it is the father. For the benefit and happiness of sentient beings, it is the great and supreme friend of sentient beings. To me, that is, to my seed. The protector is the master. If you wish. What is called "Vajra Body You" and so on, is because it is the indestructible body, therefore it is the Vajra Body. What is called "The Wheel of Command that Delights Many Sentient Beings" is because you are the Wheel of Command that benefits many sentient beings, skillfully turning. What is called "Showing Benefit Following the Buddha's Meaning, the Ultimate Meaning of Bodhi" is that the Buddha is the five aggregates. Their meaning is the conventional truth. Bodhi is the ultimate truth. The great bliss body arising from the correct union of those is the ultimate. Because of showing well with the intention of benefiting sentient beings, it is showing benefit following. By desire, one practices desire, therefore desire is samaya.
