What kind of yoga is it? Therefore, it says "supreme," supreme refers to accomplishing the supreme meaning of a person. How to accomplish it? Therefore, it says "The tongue is shaved in the middle of the palate," which means putting the tongue deep into the palate. The so-called "to that" refers to that tongue. The so-called "word" refers to letters.
