It is said, "Vajrasattva," whoever does whatever, that is called the doer of this. The doer is the speaker. What is it? It is called Vajrasattva. These will show that the speaker of the secret assembly of all the Tathagatas is Vajradhara. In response to the question, "What is the measure of this?" The measures should also be explained. Having said, "Chapters and such rituals," etc., saying that there are seventeen chapters is the measure of the chapters. Just like the chapters, there are also rituals. Thus, in terms of the path to be matured, there are twenty rituals. Just as there is a measure for rituals, there is also a measure for sections. There are seventeen sections, such as the body sections of all the Tathagatas. Just as there are sections, there is also a measure for the order of differentiation. Thus, in terms of the common, there are two orders. In terms of the special, there are five orders, such as Vajra recitation. Since it is both a measure and four, it becomes four types. Having said, "It becomes four aspects." In terms of the special, there is the measure of chapters, the measure of rituals, the measure of sections, and the measure of order. What is the common measure of these? There are three types: the abbreviated measure, the expanded measure, and the extremely expanded measure. The abbreviated measure has four types, such as the person who relies on it. The expanded measure has five types: what is to be accomplished, what accomplishes, means, necessity, and faults. In terms of the extremely expanded, there are seven types: mandala, accomplishment, empowerment, vows, activities, suchness, and companions. In response to the question, "What is the necessity?" The necessity should also be explained. Having said, "Rituals for peaceful and other activities," it is intended that with this mandala of the secret assembly of the Tathagatas, peaceful and other activities will be accomplished like a vajra. Thus, the eight accomplishments refer to the accomplishment of underground siddhis, etc. These show the common siddhis, and the common siddhis also
