I pay homage to the unobstructed manifestation of the meaning of emptiness. I pay homage to you who pervade all times, past and future. I pay homage to you who know all things, including wind, mantras, and mind. Some sentient beings are extremely confused about the well-spoken meaning of the Victorious Ones. To clarify this, Chandrakirti composed the extensive commentary, Explanation of the Illuminating Lamp. Some sentient beings with inferior intelligence are still confused about that very meaning. Therefore, they composed extensive commentaries on common and distinct features, such as Sunlight. Although they have well-spoken and well-clarified the meaning through the power of arbitrary will, Because of ignorance, they have not seen the power of the meaning of the tantras. Therefore, having generated great joy in this, I will briefly explain it for the benefit of those with inferior intelligence. This is because some who are not skilled did not find the treatises before, and only found them later. This is amazing, so I will differentiate it here. However, for the sake of those with inferior intelligence, the wise do not compose treatises. Those bound by the net of afflictions, whatever treatises they compose, there is only sin and no merit. Therefore, the wise should abandon it. The author who composes treatises, with the words of the Victorious Ones as the source, thus establishes from that arises mindfulness, shame, conscientiousness, wisdom, faith, reverence, etc., virtuous dharmas arising from the mind. Whoever precedes with that, even if they do not compose treatises, it is still excellent, there is only merit and no sin. Whoever precedes with desire, anger, and pride, etc., afflictions and non-virtue," } ] ============================================================

All the teachings are completely, following which they are explained in detail, but due to the influence of non-virtuous seeds, the hell realms are burned in the visible Dharma. Therefore, when writing treatises, one should first engage in virtuous Dharma, and whatever it may be, one should write treatises. Due to shallow wisdom, no matter what treatise is written, it will not be able to realize its meaning. For example, a blind person cannot guide other blind people, and likewise, this is also the case. When one writes treatises, one should determine the words and meanings. One should be proficient in non-Buddhist treatises, proficient in the views of all schools, proficient in common healing methods such as mantras, medicines, and medicine, and be very skilled in refuting the arguments of other treatises, and adorn oneself with virtuous Dharma. Only such a person can write treatises. Or, a Bodhisattva, or an emanation through the power of compassion, a Buddha appearing as a deity in the world, only the treatises written by them have meaning, while treatises written by others are meaningless. Why is the collection of all the body, speech, and mind secrets of all Tathagatas spoken? This is in order to gather all lineages, and in order to gather those who have become the most excellent lineage. Therefore, in the mandala of the secret collection of all Tathagatas, even if one has committed the five inexpiable sins, one will attain unsurpassed accomplishment. Because it is said in the sutras, and the meaning of secret is not common to all. If it is said that all lineages, does it also include the extinction of lineages, etc.? If that is the case, wouldn't the Four Noble Truths and Paramitas, etc., spoken by the Bhagavan become meaningless? No, because it is in order to become the most excellent lineage. If that is the case, then is not taming the most excellent lineage and taming all lineages, one abandoning the other? No, because it is a container of eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma. If that is the case, wouldn't specks of dust not become the most excellent, but become all vehicles? No, because the vehicle is not two or three. Why is that? The Tathagata
