That which acts is that which dwells in all the joints of the body and has the function of manifestly producing the aggregate of form. These should be understood as having the nature of the five great elements, such as earth, the five Tathagatas, and the five colors, and the five wisdoms that perform the functions of pacification and so forth. The limb winds are the moving wind, the pervading wind, the all-pervading wind, the extremely pervading wind, and the definitely moving wind. They rely on the five faculties, such as the eye, and perform the function of having the characteristic of grasping forms and so forth. They are also the nature of the five Tathagatas. The names of these ten are not as they sound, but were spoken by the Bhagavan in union with all the glorious Buddhas: Kuṭakhya and Kuṭa, Kuṭabha and Kuṭira, Kakula Tsakula Va, Kulabha Kolirava, Life and downward cleansing fire, Equally upward pervading, Elephant turtle turtle, God-given and bow victorious. It is said. These ten winds, relying on the differences of place, affliction, and action, enter the realm of sentient beings day and night like a water bucket, thereby causing them to wander. And because they are bound to the continuity of rebirth through the gate of repeated wandering, they become afflictions. By fully knowing the suchness of these winds, one will be liberated, therefore it should be explained. Its suchness is the meditation on bindu. Because when method and wisdom are equally entered, the bodhicitta arising from the seventy-two thousand chakras, when solidified into a mass at the tip of the vajra jewel, all the winds near the winds are completely pacified, therefore, the clear light of suchness, which is the nature of clarity and joy, will manifest. Therefore, due to the power of great bliss, although the wind is formless, it will transform into the form of the bodhicitta bindu, just as water solidifies due to extreme cold. That bindu also has three forms: At the tip of the lotus of the secret place, the bodhicitta bindu should be meditated upon by the speech vajra yogi; at the tip of the lotus of the heart, the mantra bindu should be meditated upon by the mind vajra yogi.

Moreover, the wind bindu with radiant light at the tip of the nose on the face should be meditated upon by the Body Vajra yogi. Having entered into equipoise, transferring from all the branches and sub-branches, in the state of supreme bliss, when holding the tips of the vajra and lotus, abandoning all verbal elaborations, the inexpressible bindu should be meditated upon by the yogi of desire, this is the subtle yoga of the Speech Vajra yogi. Focusing on the three letters located at the crown of the head, the back of the neck, and the heart, starting from above, the seed parts of the Body Vajra are made to dissolve one into the other. The lower parts should enter into the parts of the Speech Vajra, and those parts should also enter as before, and one should contemplate dissolving into the letter HŪṂ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The fourth part of the letter HŪṂ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the hook dissolves into la, a dissolves into ha, ha dissolves into the head, the head dissolves into the crescent moon, the crescent moon dissolves into the bindu, and the bindu, with one-pointed mind, abides in the nature of suchness like space, this is the subtle yoga of the Hatred Vajra yogi. Similarly, this body has four mandalas of the nature of the four elements, namely, the throat, the heart, the navel, and the secret place, which are triangular, circular, bow-shaped, and square. Red, white, smoky, and yellow in color, they are the nature of fire, water, wind, and earth. Arising from the seed syllables YAṂ RAṂ VAṂ KHAṂ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं रं वं खं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ raṃ vaṃ khaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬,让,旺,康), and blessed by Amitabha, Akshobhya, Amoghasiddhi, and Ratnasambhava, this is the teaching of means. Then, being blessed by White-robed Mother, Māmaki, Tara, and Buddha Eye, this is the nature of wisdom. The right, the left, both, and the inferior goers are shown in the nostrils. Morning, midday, afternoon, and twilight show the times, and so also at night. Subjugation, pacification, attraction, and increase are the activities. From those mandalas, starting from dawn, rays of red color will arise from the right nostril.
