The glorious Vajrapani Tathagata, having entered into the samadhi called "The Glory of Enjoying All Desires," said: The consorts of all the Tathagatas, enjoying desire with the wheel of samaya, and without uttering a word, thus it is said. All desires are the objects such as form. To enjoy them is to unite with the eyes and so forth by fully knowing one's own nature. Its glory is equality, the state of bliss that is universally pleasing. To be in samadhi, which is called that, is to have attained it. The Tathagata is the lord, and the consorts of all those Tathagatas are the eyes and so forth. The wheel of samaya means that by the nature of Vairochana and so forth, they enjoy desire and play, and without speaking, they are free from the activities of the teacher and so forth, and dwell together in samadhi with the wisdom mudra. Then, it means after the Bhagavan has entered into the wisdom mudra. All these spaces of the sky are completely filled with the essence of the vajra samaya of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, and they remain like a vajra vase filled with water. The sky

Those sentient beings who abide. That which truly arises from the three bodies is the essence of the three vajras. That which is called Vajra Glory is the glory of the Great Vajradhara, touching with bliss and making it an object, so that all attain the state of Tathagata. The three vajras are the Great Vajra Holder. His wisdom is the ten powers and four fearlessnesses, etc., which are experienced. "From then on" means, starting from the empowerment by the rays of the vajra, becoming the empowerment of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas. Becoming known as Samantabhadra, a name with a meaning that has never occurred before. Thus, after all sentient beings are empowered by the empowerment of wisdom, in order to show how they speak when showing the equality of sentient beings, then the Tathagata Vajrapani spoke thus to all those Tathagatas: "Bhagavan, do all the Tathagatas see the equality of all dharmas?" Then, all the Bhagavan Tathagatas requested the Lord of all the Tathagatas, Vajrapani, thus: "Bhagavan, we see the conduct of the Vajra Wisdom of all the Tathagatas. We see the Sugata," thus he said. Here, all the Tathagatas are the Great Vajradhara. His Vajra Wisdom conduct is the experience of the bliss of his own absorption, and he makes the bliss of the absorption of all sentient beings his own. Thus, after the Bhagavan experienced the conduct of Vajra Wisdom, he arose again from absorption, and in order to show how he greatly rejoiced and requested the Bhagavan, then the Bhagavan appeared from the bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of the consort of all the Tathagatas, and requested the Bhagavan Great Vajrapani thus: "That which is to realize the Bodhi of the Buddha by the words of the letters of desire, that is wonderful, Bhagavan! Wonderful, Sugata!" Thus he said. "What" means

Why is that? The so-called words of the letter of desire mean that all actions of desire are the enlightenment of the Buddha, and it is extremely rare to realize and obtain the great position of Vajradhara. Having heard the wonderful words of the Tathagatas, their desires and so on have been purified, and in order to show how to make them without hesitation. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all the Tathagatas, said to all the Tathagatas: World Honored One, all Tathagatas, do not say such words. Why is that? Because all dharmas are equal to the vows of the Vajra of space. Not the aggregate of form, not the aggregate of feeling, not the realm, ༄། །Not the source of birth, not desire, not hatred, not ignorance, not dharma, nor non-dharma nor non-non-dharma. Having said this, the vow of the Vajra of space is the sixth Tathagata, because all dharmas are equal to them, so do not say such words, thus making them without hesitation. The so-called non-aggregate of form, etc., is not to explain this meaning in detail. Then, all those Tathagatas became silent, which means that after the Tathagata said that all dharmas are luminosity, they immediately realized and practiced the unspeakable Dharma nature, which is the meaning of the Vajra words. After the complete revelation of such secrets, in order to show how he entrusted the sentient beings to be subdued to the Tathagatas. Then, the World Honored One Tathagata Vajrapani, said to all the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas: You should proclaim the body, speech and mind Vajra of all the Tathagatas in all the worlds. Why is that? Because the Bodhisattvas who live in the ten directions have faith in this Dharma category. The so-called proclamation of body, speech and mind Vajra,
