For the sake of activity. Therefore, it is said, "This is," and so on. Among these, regarding the special ritual, weapons and so on arise from sudden causes, and those arising from the cause of manifest conduct are external. Diseases and the discordant elements of humors, excretions, and food are internal. The cure for these external and internal diseases is to become an antidote. Its meaning is the vajra-like indivisible and essential words of the mantra syllables, such as with the three "dzina dzika (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)". Regarding "of disease," and so on, the vajra of disease is a disease that is difficult to cure. "By urging it on" means with the intention of expelling it. "The syllable of whatever is desired" means: From among these, whatever mantra syllables are desired and greatly rejoiced in, with faith, that is, with devotion, if one relies on them, then one will obtain qualities, that is, one will obtain fruit, similar to that, the form that is in accordance with that, is to contemplate and think of the deity's form. How to contemplate? "The samaya is like a monkey," meaning the disease is like a monkey, or "it may also arise from a dog," meaning like a dog. Such a formed disease, residing from one's own body, speech, and mind, meaning completely relying on body, speech, and mind, "think of them as arising" means to contemplate and think of them as arising from the body to be accomplished.

That is to say, for the sick person, the cloud of the Buddha is: all the assemblies of Vairocana that correspond to the eye faculty and entering into samadhi, as well as the same Vajra King great cloud, the immovable clouds that appear as they are, and the immeasurable light clouds abide. Having done this, one will be liberated from illness. In order to show how those who abide in the Completion Stage cut off diseases, therefore, "ten directions" and so on are proclaimed. The so-called "all Buddhas" refers to the nature of the form aggregate and so on. The so-called "wise" refers to those who possess their own consciousness. The so-called "Bodhisattvas" refers to the eye faculty and so on. For whom? For the sick person. The so-called "wrath" refers to those who are driven by hatred. The so-called "is the supreme one who causes death" means to become the characteristic of entering into the state of luminosity. The so-called "through those meditative unions" means that through this meditation focused on luminosity, no matter what type of disease, whether it is produced by karma, or said to be produced from karma, if one knows this, then it will be destroyed within seven days. Again, repeating, through the remembrance of Vajra recitation, it will also be completely destroyed. The explanation for this is that the so-called "through one hundred and eight" means eight hundred including the hundreds, that is, reciting nine hundred times in the four mandalas, that is, reciting one hundred and eight times, through this union, diseases will also be destroyed. Or, "with my mantra king" means that through the union of blessing oneself, that is, Vajra meditation, is the meditation of complete destruction of diseases. The so-called "think with ritual" means to remember that ritual. The so-called "these" refers to all the rituals just mentioned. The so-called "of all diseases" refers to external and internal. The vow is what Vajrasattva said. The so-called "extremely difficult to transgress" means that it cannot be transgressed. Having thus described the collection of karmas, now entering into the illusory samadhi, in order to show the desired dreams of those who have entered into the accomplishment of Mahamudra, therefore, "after the king" and so on are proclaimed. Wisdom illusion refers to Vairocana and so on. Among those, the great light is the main one. Bestow liberation completely with desire.

Therefore, it is desire and liberation. The one called Vajra Dharma is the great Vajradhara, who spoke these words. "All dharmas are like dreams," which means that all phenomena are like dreams. "Unborn by nature," which means that there is no cause for arising. "In the very nature of purity," which means that nature is luminosity. That purity is freedom from all defilements. That suchness is whatever divine body it is, and that is the suchness that is pure by nature. "The illusion of the vajra is well spoken," which means that illusion is the revolving of the mind, and its vajra is near peace. By the example of dreams, knowing that all dharmas are like dreams, one understands the illusion of permanence and annihilation. ༄. Thus contemplate. Dhyana and so on, meaning that the two practitioners who are constantly diligent in meditation and recitation, if they constantly practice, will see. The Buddha is the one who is extremely focused on the inner self, and the Bodhisattvas are the ones who are extremely focused on mantras. Seeing as two kinds of distinctions, this means that with the two kinds of distinctions of having signs and not having signs, dreams appear and are seen. Among them, for the two kinds of practitioners, what is said below is a dream that shows great results, so it is a great dream. Because it is not deceiving, it is the basis of vows. The supreme Bodhi wisdom is luminosity, and seeing oneself by entering it, the light of the perfect Buddha is good, seeing in the body of wisdom, in a hundred ways, the yogi obtains the perfect enjoyment body of the Buddha, and if he quickly sees himself, he will soon realize it. The great sentient beings of the three realms, such as Brahma and Indra, who have great power, make offerings to the practitioner, and he sees himself, and becomes great wisdom, equal to the great Vajradhara, seeing the form body, that is, seeing himself, in that, the forms of the Buddhas and special Bodhisattvas, etc., are always certain
