།གལ་ཏེ་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མངག་གཟུག་པའི་ཚིག་མི་ཉན་ན་དེའི་ཚེ། དྲག་ཤུལ་གྱིས་ཚིག་ནི་བསྒྲུབ་པ་དེ་རྣམས། །བཅིངས་པ་ནི་དགུག་པ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བཅིངས་ཤིང་བདག་པོའི་མདུན་དུ་ཕྱིན་པར་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། མངག་གཞུག་པའི་ལས་གཉིས་སོ། བྱིས་པའི་བློ་ནི་མཁས་པ་ཡིན་ན་ཡང་བྱིས་པ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར་པའོ། །དེ་གང་ཞེ་ན། གྲགས་ཆེན་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་བསྒོམ་པ་ནི་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱའོ། The seed syllable that generates the Samaya dispatched is the letter ཨཱོ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Urging that itself, is having made the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas inseparable, seeing the form of the dispatched. Having seen the form of the dispatched, the Samaya is for the sake of summoning the essence of worldly and transworldly siddhis, beginning to send forth, is such pronouncements to them, is the two activities of the practitioner. After that, those dispatched listen to the commands of the practitioner, seeking siddhis through the taming of invoking the Samaya, saying in words: Please grant us what is desired. If those do not listen to the words of the dispatched, then, with fierce words are those to be practiced. Binding is binding with summoning preceding, and causing them to go before the lord, is the two activities of the dispatched.
