Etc. External faults are caused by sentient and non-sentient beings, etc. Internal diseases are caused by the accumulation of wind, bile, and phlegm. Healing these is to eliminate them. The essence of this is the essence of the Tathagatas. Because it speaks in a hidden way, it is a mantra. Letters are because they have the power to rely on to eliminate diseases. Called "Jina Jika" etc. The mantras generate the three families of the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas. Therefore, the words of the letters are the body of the Tathagata. Obtaining merit through faith is when the yogi manifests desire through the power of faith, one should contemplate the body of the Tathagata in this way. Why? "With the vajra of disease urging." It means that like the vajra mentioned before, urging the invincible diseases is to eliminate them, therefore. Thus, having contemplated oneself, those who are afflicted by disease, those that appear from his heart like monkeys or dogs, etc., those that arise from his body, speech, and mind and look outward, contemplate those radiant wheels and vajras, etc., destroying their bodies, etc., into powder. Afterwards, because the diseases are destroyed, the fully enlightened Buddhas, the Tathagatas, their aggregates, etc., eyes, etc., the Bodhisattvas should rejoice. Afterwards, for the patient's own body, etc., contemplate the clouds of Vajradhara Buddha residing in the sky merging into the nature of light, at that time one will be liberated from disease, this is the generation stage. "All Buddhas of the ten directions" etc. All Buddhas of the ten directions are the ten winds, Bodhisattvas are the natures, and the wise are the wisdoms. All those wrathful ones are those yogis who strive to gather them, their thoughts should be luminous. "To cause death is supreme." It means that it shows that it is the nature that does not manifest the ultimate truth. Meditative union is the union of samadhi.

This wheel is born from karma, that is, karma-born. It is the wheel of the twelve links of dependent origination. What is known as fame is what the Bhagavan has spoken. Reciting one hundred and eight times is reciting more than one hundred times, that is, Vajra recitation. Within seven days, the nature of the essence of ignorance will cease, and thus be destroyed. Or else, and so on. My mantra king is the sequence of blessing me. Through it, Vajra Samadhi is an illusion-like Samadhi. What arises from it is a delightful form. Through it, all diseases, all discriminations will be exhausted. That is, all diseases. The oath is the oath of diseases that have become the rope of samsara, thereby completely liberating. Furthermore, some difficulties are not to be abandoned by the yogis of the completion stage, namely, the complete purification of the mind, Vajra recitation, and the sequence of blessing me. From then on, and so on. Vajra is the Mahamudra, and the one who holds it is Vajradhara. The clear light itself is beautiful and manifest, so it is the king. Wisdom is five, and they themselves are weary of attracting ignorance. Through it, great light is the attainment of excellence. Desire is the three kinds of behavior. Through it, whoever obtains the great Vajra, that is, the three Bodhis, that is what is said. These words spoken by the Bhagavan are the teachings that will be explained below, namely the completion stage and the practice. All dharmas are like dreams, and so on. Dharmas are the skandhas and so on. They are like dreams. Likewise, unborn by nature refers to the forms of the gods. Both are pure in nature, that is, the essence of clear light. It itself abides in that essence. It is free from permanence and annihilation, and so on. Among them, delusion is a dream. It is for the sake of attaining the state of the great Vajradhara, or for striving to obtain evil results, that the Vajra speech is spoken. Therefore, all these ༄། are afflictions and

It is completely purified, know that this is a manifestation of illusion. Next to be explained are things like meditation and recitation. The practitioners are the yogis. The diligence of meditation and recitation is: those who possess meditation and recitation etc. will see the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. How to see them? The phrase "divided into two types" refers to the disturbance of wind etc. Seeing the absence of these disturbances, one will see dreams. The phrase "in this" etc., in this, this refers to the two types of dreams. Great dreams refer to the vows of good and bad dreams, which are to see them. The phrase "attaining the supreme Bodhi wisdom" etc., if one sees the radiant Buddha Bhagavan, or sees the Buddha with the nature of one's own Sambhogakaya, then that yogi, that great sentient being, the lord of the three realms, will be worshiped by Mahadeva and Vishnu etc., this is the Vipaka of dreams. The Nirmanakaya is to be explained, the phrase "the form like the light of great wisdom" etc. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are Akshobhya etc., Kshitigarbha etc. offer with the five objects of desire, i.e. with Vajradhatvishvari etc. Great wisdom is the sun, similar to its light, i.e. the same as its radiance. Similarly, Vajrasattva is Akshobhya, the great body is Vairochana, Vajradharma is Amitabha, great fame is Ratnasambhava, secret Vajra is Amoghasiddhi, great fame is Vajrasattva. One's own form is one's own nature, if in a dream one sees the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas circumambulating and prostrating in the manner of a mandala wheel, then at that time the yogi will quickly attain the siddhi of body, speech, and mind, i.e. the siddhi of the great Vajradhara, this is indicating the fruit. The phrase "all ornaments completely perfect" etc., if in a dream one sees a heavenly maiden or boy adorned with ornaments, then the siddhi at that time is peace.
