How is the ritual of accomplishment performed? Among them, practice is recitation and near recitation, etc. Ritual is practice and great practice. How is it done refers to asking briefly. Bhagavan refers to the teacher. Om. Manifesting great terror refers to the meaning of entering the samadhi of the wheel of great terror. Then the main deity taught, summarizing the meaning of the samadhi. Wanting to practice this tantra refers to practicing the lord of the wheel of the tantra.
