Great Black One, Destroyer of the Earth, surrounded by the assembly of Mamos, I prostrate and praise you. Although your own nature is free from arising and ceasing, to subdue the wicked, you manifest as wrathful and the wielder of wrath. Black, fierce one, I prostrate and praise you. Adorned with Brahma's white mother and others on the outside, as an antidote to them, you emanate yourself, holding various forms, a body of great terror. Holding a curved knife and skull cup, fiercely powerful, the vajra of your mind, I prostrate and praise you. Born from body, speech, and mind, holding the nature of great vows, the thirty-two Dakinis, such as the killing mother, do not abandon the vows of the main deity, subduing all wickedness, fierce one, I prostrate and praise you. The palace of secrets and places, is the nature of twenty-two places, such as Pullira, the secret places are those places, accomplishing activities, all are mistresses of karma, the seventy-two Dakinis, such as the blood-drinking mother, all possess terrifying forms, swiftly accomplishing all activities, Dakini, I prostrate and praise you. Dwelling in the great charnel ground, the Black, Fierce One and other eight classes of spirits, dwelling with forms of great terror, liberating all beings, I prostrate and praise you. The crow-faced and other assemblies of terrifying mothers, dwelling in the charnel ground, wandering at night, masters of various emanations, seizing the life of beings, holding terrifying forms, I prostrate and praise you. All the assemblies that have become retinues, do not abandon the wheel of the main deity from all directions, abiding in great vows, I praise you. In the palaces of the eight great charnel grounds, the twenty-four fierce assemblies, circling the charnel ground places in the three times, Black, Fierce One, I prostrate and praise you. Those who revile the Vajra Master, and those who destroy the Great Vehicle's teachings, subduing all wickedness, abiding greatly in the wheel of space, dancer, I prostrate and praise you. Cutting flesh and drinking blood, perfecting the secret mantra of self-nature, terrifying one, I prostrate and praise you. Great Lord at the peak of Mount Meru, destroying the armies of the Asuras, glorious protector of the wheel, I prostrate to you. Wrathful one.

身披人皮啖血肉，颅骨璎珞咒语串。 难忍暴怒我敬礼，吉祥大黑天护我教。 如是赞颂后，于各自心间传达誓言，之后所有诸天，于心间以内的精要，修持百万遍。 由此获得成就征兆，从“三时”起直至现见本尊，易于理解。 如是金刚上师，于修法圆满之坛城中，开始引入弟子。 ༄。 应如是行。 成为最胜弟子的那个人，从帷幕之外站立，双手持鲜花，于上师前献曼达。 身语意所生，大金刚之自性您，吉祥大黑天，于秘密轮之宫殿中，祈请如是引入我。 之后金刚上师，以根本咒语作清扫，以尸布遮面，将弟子引入前方。 弟子献上供养后，以之前所说的赞颂文，弟子赞颂坛城本尊。 之后金刚上师，以受戒之仪轨，此乃一切佛之，誓言轮，三世一切善逝之，发心守护教法。 弟子应祈请，身语意所生之，吉祥大黑天与，空行坛城轮之主，祈请降临于我。 之后以心间之光芒，迎请大黑天等之，坛城轮，引入弟子心间。 嗡 希 玛哈嘎拉 嘎纳扎扎，阿达夏 亚多巴亚，ra ra ra ra，巴拉亚 泽达亚，吽 哈哈 恶诶。 弟子现忿怒相，念诵猛咒，并作降伏之舞。 嗡 嘎嘎玛德德 班匝 使之稳固。 弟子位于东方，上师引入之。 吉祥大黑天与，一切轮之坛城，于秘密大宫殿中，我未引入之愚者，弟子知

Wearing a human skin and devouring flesh and blood, A garland of skulls adorned with strings of mantras. To you, the unbearable and wrathful one, I prostrate. May the glorious Great Black One protect my doctrine. Having praised in this way, transmit the samaya commitment to each one's heart. Then, for all the deities, With the inner essence in their hearts, Perform a million recitations. By this, signs of accomplishment will be obtained. From "three times" onwards, it is easy to understand until the face is seen. Thus, the Vajra Master, In the mandala where the recitation is completed, Begins to initiate the disciple. ༄. It should be done. The disciple who has become the best, Standing outside the curtain, Having taken flowers in both hands, Offers a mandala to the Guru. You, the essence of the great Vajra, Arising from body, speech, and mind, Glorious Great Black One, In the palace of the secret wheel, I beseech you to initiate me thus. Then, the Vajra Master, Cleanses with the root mantra. Covers the face with a shroud, And initiates the disciple in front. The disciple, having offered excellent gifts, Praises the mandala deity With the praise spoken above. Then, the Vajra Master, With the ritual of taking vows, This is of all the Buddhas, The wheel of commitment. Generate the mind to protect the doctrine Of all the Sugatas of the three times. The disciple should make a request. Glorious Great Black One, Arising from body, speech, and mind, And the Lord of the wheel of the Dakini mandala, I beseech you to bestow it upon me thus. Then, with the rays of light from the heart, Having invited the mandala wheel Of the Great Black One and others, Initiate it into the disciple's heart. Om Shri Maha Kala Gana Chakra, Adarshaya Tobhaya, Ra Ra Ra Ra, Balaya Chitaya, Hum Ha Ya Ah Eh. The disciple, having become like a wrathful frown, Utters fierce mantras, And performs subjugating dances. Om Gaga Mate Te Vajra, make it firm. The disciple, having stood in the east, The Master initiates him. Glorious Great Black One, And in all the mandalas of the wheel, In the great secret palace, I, the fool, have not initiated.
