Homage, homage to the great Vajra! Homage, homage to the great Bliss! Homage, homage to the great Lotus! Homage, homage to the great Joy! Homage, homage to the great Activity! Homage, homage to the great Pervading Lord! From you arise Vajras and Heroes, From you arises the stainless and beautiful Lotus, From you arises the great Jewel Goddess, The various Vajras are just like that. From you arises the great Hero Buddha, Again and again they arise. From you also arise Dharma and Sangha, From you arises the host of Perfections. Bodhisattvas, great beings, From you is the mandala of Dharanis, From you are Mantras and Mudras, And again, the host of Wrathful Kings. Thus and so forth, praise them. Again, recite and ring the bell. Make aspirations, saying: I am not a woman, nor am I truly a slave, I am not ignorant, nor am I born in evil realms, I am not born with wrong views, May I be respectful to the Buddhas in every birth. Men and women who are about to be born, Or those who dwell in the womb, Wherever there are no Buddhas and gods, May I not be born into that lineage. Though vows are broken in a hundred ways, with respect, with bad clothes, With a body stained with impurities, without support, with sinful conduct, With Yama's wrathful frown, fearful and diseased, receiving great suffering (༄། །པ།), Protect me, the protector of the world, from beings who are completely unruly. You are the mother and you are the father, You are the relative and you are the lama, You are the wisdom and you are the substance, You are the lotus power, you have everything. Accomplishing all, you are the refuge and the protector, All life, you are the dwelling place, Blessed One, you are the perfect fulfiller, World Protector, protect me! Turning away poverty and the suffering of death, many sufferings, Completely bestowing all the meanings of intentions, World Protector, the five called "Glory" are victorious. A hundred thousand other meaningless letters are greater than the common ones. Having made this aspiration, give the torma. Therein, fill it completely with intoxicants, meat, and seven grains with water, and sprinkle it manifestly with the water of the five amritas. Then, infuse the wisdom beings into the torma, and bless the gods, demi-gods, pretas, flesh-eaters, and গন্ধর্বs. Then, having blessed it with mantras, make offerings with argham, flowers, incense, lamps, and so forth. The mantra for that is: Om Namo Bhagavate, Arya Avalokiteshvaraya, Bodhisattvaya, Mahasattvaya, Mahakarunikaya, Tadyatha. Deva, Asura, Garuda, Gandharva, Manushya, Amanushya, Preta, with their retinue, those abiding in the three realms, all those known and unknown, virtuous and non-virtuous, satisfied and unsatisfied, sinful and sinless, wrathful and non-wrathful, peaceful and non-peaceful, foolish and non-foolish, joyful and non-joyful, with and without continuity, with and without faith, with and without light, each abiding in their own place, all others and non-others, may they joyfully consume this torma, including meat and so forth, may they be satiated, protect the samaya, not transgress, may they be content, completely vast. May they become mutually needed, may all obtain happiness, may they fill their bellies, smear, enter, arise, bind, thus, may they obtain vast happiness, may they go to the place of sorrow, go, svaha. Om Akaro Mukham Sarva Dharmanam, Adyanutpannatvat. Om Ah Hum Phet Svaha. This is the main torma. And also: Om Harityai Yakshini, Imam, Pandim, Paya Yaccha Va Svaha. Om Priyam Karaya Svaha. Om Vajra Yakshaya Svaha. With this, offer the torma including changbu (liquor and sugar). Then, again, make offerings properly. Then, either send away or do not send away the tormas. Begin the empowerment for the disciples. After that, having adorned the disciples, and having them hold flower garlands, kneeling on the ground, in the manner of the mantra, some who desire merit will enter this mandala, for those who rely on the next life, great faith should be generated, the wise should enter this mandala, and should not seek the fruits of this mandala. Having taught thus, make them into the form of the Buddha. Then, have them alone make supplications to the guru. Bodhicitta.
