其他地方再多又有何用？无论何时，对于众生，以慈悲之心使内心柔软，那才是智慧解脱。其他法再多又有何用？人生以佛法为至上，成就之果唯有从中求。若能恒常修习此法，死神之绳亦将渐次延长。飞鸟、鱼类、鹿、蛇，以及盗贼等被杀害的对象，若能立即救护其生命，即使短命者亦能转为长寿。盗贼、鱼类、鹿、蛇，以及飞鸟等贪生之辈，若杀害这些众生，即使长寿者亦将短命。若能断除十不善业，同样皈依三宝，守护五戒与八斋戒，死神之绳亦将得以延长。对于被囚禁者、遭受重病折磨者，以及面临恐惧威胁者，若能施以救护，必定能够长寿，欺骗死神。对于卑微者、无依无靠者以及有惭愧心者，恭敬持戒者，并能充分给予他们所需的，寿命必定会增长。对于父母、上师、年长者，以及在知识方面年长者等，给予尊敬，并供养和尊重他们，死亡便不会轻易降临。恭敬自己的本尊，对于苦行者，以恭敬之心，恒常于清晨礼拜诸神，寿命便会增长。修缮破损或毁坏的佛塔，用砖瓦等材料进行修补，短命者亦能转为长寿，如同比丘托钵乞食一般。建造寺庙、佛像、佛塔等，以及建立僧院，供养八大佛塔等，寿命便会恒常增长。以虔诚之心向乞讨者布施所得之物，用财物供养僧众，举办斋饭，七日之内便能获得长寿，如同阿育王一般。建造沙塔，同样制作擦擦，以及礼拜佛塔等，寿命必定会增长。恭敬地请比丘诵读《大集经》，《阿塔纳塔经》，《具细经》，《大云经》，以及《吉祥偈》等，或者自己亲自诵读，同样能够获得长寿，并能欺骗死神。宣说大乘法，以树木庄严

What is the use of many other places? Whenever, for sentient beings, softening the heart with compassion, that is wisdom liberation. What is the use of many other dharmas? Life is supreme with the Dharma, the fruit of accomplishment is desired from it. If one always trains in this, the rope of the Lord of Death will gradually be lengthened. Birds, fish, deer, snakes, and those who are subject to being killed by thieves, if one immediately protects their lives, even the short-lived will become long-lived. Thieves, fish, deer, snakes, and birds, etc., those who desire life, if one kills these beings, even the long-lived will become short-lived. If one abandons the ten non-virtuous deeds, likewise takes refuge in the Three Jewels, and keeps the five precepts and eight vows, the rope of the Lord of Death will be lengthened. For those who are imprisoned, afflicted by great illness, and threatened by fear, if one gives protection, one will surely be long-lived and deceive the Lord of Death. For the lowly, the helpless, and those with a sense of shame, respecting those who uphold morality, and fully giving them what they need, life will surely increase. For parents, teachers, elders, and those who are older in knowledge, giving respect, and offering and honoring them, death will not easily come near. Respecting one's own chosen deity, for those who practice asceticism, with respect, always worshiping the gods in the morning, life will increase. Repairing broken or destroyed stupas, repairing them with bricks and other materials, the short-lived will become long-lived, like a bhikkhu begging for alms. Building temples, statues, stupas, etc., and establishing monasteries, offering to the eight great stupas, life will always increase. Giving what is obtained to beggars with devotion, offering alms to the sangha with wealth, holding feasts, one will obtain long life within seven days, like King Ashoka. Building sand stupas, likewise making tsatsas, and prostrating to stupas, life will surely increase. Respectfully asking bhikkhus to recite the Mahasamaya Sutra, the Atanatiya Sutra, the Sukshma Sutra, the Mahamegha Sutra, and the auspicious verses, or reciting them oneself, one will also obtain long life and deceive the Lord of Death. Etc., the Sutra sections. If one always recites them with one-pointedness, one will deceive the Lord of Death. The Yoga spoken by the Buddha, if one recites all the Tantras, etc., or even with the rite of the Five Protections, one will deceive the Lord of Death. Stupas, etc., with crests erected, circumambulating them, and also by reciting dharanis, one destroys the efforts of the Lord of Death. With the preliminary rite of that, reciting the planets, etc., and the Matrikas, reciting the dharani-mantras a thousand times, reciting the Jewel Lamp, and striving to recite the dharanis spoken in the collection of dharanis. The wise ones make life and the sun remain long. Drawing mandalas, making fire offerings, making mudras, offering tormas and tsok-khorlos, one thoroughly deceives the Lord of Death. To the noble Sangha of the four directions, offering food, bedding, and wealth, and even just offering robes, the offering becomes a deceiver of the Lord of Death. Starting actions like that, one becomes characterized by Dharma and merit. Merit increases life, and likewise, one deceives the Lord of Death. Thus, a little bit of Dharma is taught, to expand it, one can infer oneself, or learn from those skilled at deceiving the Lord of Death. Thus, having strived in the Dharma, with immediate faith in accomplished mantras and medicines, etc., one should completely eliminate the Lord of Death. With the power of jewels, mantras, accomplished medicines, and elixirs, one sees oneself suppressing the Lord of Death, just like a Vidyadhara Siddha. Any treatise on the examination of jewels, the Vajradhara who is skilled in reasoning, can also hold the Jewel of Life. Likewise, holding various jewels, such as Indra-nila jewels, and other great jewels, by holding them, all the Lords of Death will be averted, without doubt. Because from the power of jewels, it is not appropriate to doubt, everyone desires that jewels possess inconceivable power. In a solitary place, having made offerings in front of painted cloths, etc., even just reciting the mantras, the deception of death will occur. First, pronounce the letter A（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无）, then clearly say Ro（藏文：རོ，梵文天城体：र，梵文罗马拟音：ra，汉语字面意思：火） and Li（藏文：ལྀ，梵文天城体：लृ，梵文罗马拟音：lri，汉语字面意思：犁）, the Vidyadhara.
