As long as it is a pure place, it is a place of fear. If it is constantly prevented, then it will be able to stay well. From that day on, death and so on, for those who dwell in prevention, even if they pass through a thousand kalpas, the lord of death will not approach. From the milking of the sky, the collection of nectar moistures, filled with vases, called water, from the mandala radiates light. With the breath produced at the tip of the nose, repeatedly inhale, with the heart merged into the lotus in the heart, nourishing the young of the heart's bee. The meditation of milking the sky should be practiced constantly. Like the sky, the eyes of the lord of death cannot see. Or completely abandon the breath, constantly practice Suchness. Subdue death with Suchness, and conquer other enemies. All faults are completely pacified, and all merits will arise. That person will be victorious, and all manifest desires will be fulfilled. Suchness is emptiness, possessing all supreme nature. If Suchness is constantly practiced, then death can be deceived. Dharma and enjoyment, body, etc., giving and discipline, etc., are not different. The union of all objects is the complete abandonment of all objects. Possessing all supreme, emptiness is what the victorious ones have said. One should think about what should not be thought about, and what should not be thought about should not be thought about either. If you don't want to think and don't think, then you can attain emptiness. The wise should not think about things, nor should they think about not having things, completely abandoning having and not having, that meditation is free from meditation. Possessing all supreme, completely abandoning the clinging to emptiness, if emptiness is constantly meditated upon, the lord of death will not be able to see. Death, which arises merely from conceptualization, cannot be seen either. Furthermore, many demons and samsara cannot be seen either. That is to say, the conceptualization called death does not exist in all things, but is destroyed by the illusions of each ordinary person. All the suffering of conceptualization is called the demon of conceptualization. Therefore, conceptualization should be destroyed, and non-conceptualization should be achieved. Thus it is said. With the distinction of reverence and so on, constantly.

Whatever is cultivated will become clear. Desire and sorrow are connected to the mind. Scriptures are easy to obtain, but the practice within them is difficult to obtain. In this world of those who know practice, practice is not difficult to obtain. Be skilled in all practices, and excel in patience and diligence. Having the wisdom to diligently practice is the vessel for deceiving death. Through labor, ripening, and drinking, the stomach fire is ignited. Food that is fully burned by the fire can also be completely digested. Complete digestion causes the body to grow, and growth significantly increases strength. Increased strength extends life, and extended life allows for long-term survival. Everything is manifestly accomplished, what doubt is there in this? Similarly, through instructions and so on, one can live for a kalpa and so on, there is no doubt about it. Through the exhaustion of butter and essence, butter lamps and so on tend towards destruction. Again, from grains, butter, and so on, one can exist for a kalpa. Similarly, this body also, due to aging and so on, is heading towards death. If one can find the instructions for accomplishment, why can't one live until the end of the kalpa? For example, an old house can last a long time with repairs. Similarly, why can't an old body last with repairs? Nothing is difficult with effort, so do not abandon cherishing and giving. If it drips continuously, even a gentle stream of water can penetrate a stone slab over time. Rubbing can produce fire from wood, and digging can bring water from the ground. If people make an effort, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. Through effort, starting reasonably, everything will bear fruit. Here, those who deceive death, even knowing many methods, if they do not practice, in bed, stained with feces, you will die. Those who are skilled in practice and skilled in scriptures, die showing their teeth due to the fault of not practicing. Even knowing the scriptures of yoga and numerous practices, thinking to do it today or tomorrow, thinking like that will lead to death. Doing this today, doing that again tomorrow, then doing other things, not understanding the nature of the changing world, pointlessly seeking trust. Beings are like entering the mouth of the Lord of Death, like ships entering the mouth of a crocodile, things eventually

Before even going, it falls into the depths of the waters of a foreign land. Thus, the enemy, the Lord of Death, the method of deception has been explained. Those who accomplish through their own and others' scriptures should diligently cultivate meditation. From the fear of merciless death, strive to find a way to liberation. Therefore, this is desirable, there is nothing other than life. Vajra Dakini Four Seats and, Buddha's Ushnisha and so on, the later Kalachakra, the Kalachakra Garland, the fifty of Kalachakra and, the fifty of life and so on. Having diligently examined the treatises, this deception of the Lord of Death, is taught with compassion for beings. Like the sky, completely pure, like the autumn moon, pure and even the sky cannot contain it, may those who attain immortality from this virtue, liberate beings from the Lord of Death! If the scribes of afflictions, become tired from copying, the number of words in this treatise, is exactly three hundred and sixty. The fourth chapter of the Teaching on Deceiving Death, composed by the teacher Ngawang Drakpa, is complete. The Deceiving Death, composed by Ngawang Drakpa, is complete. Translated by the Indian Abbot Dipamkara Shrijnana and the translator, the monk Rinchen Zangpo. The essential instruction on deceiving death. Ngawang Drakpa.
