And so on, and all the accomplishments, The pleasant and eloquent wisdom, The sole wisdom, immaculate, And other desired accomplishments, Will arise from this wheel. The eye and the instigator, Mamaki, The great white goddess, With her own color, posture, and mudra, If meditated upon, death cannot touch. One's own desire, Is the yoga of the deity. Possessing steadfast pride, Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, completely, The desired meaning is well accomplished. Like a conch and a lotus-like moon, Dwelling correctly in the order of gathering, If practiced continuously, It will deceive death. The wheel is spoken of in the Chakrasamvara Tantra, Meditate on the form of Heruka, Having done so, when it is fully accomplished, Meditate on the form of a skull cup, Or contemplate the form of a kamakala, Or meditate on a khatvanga, Since it is not appropriate to kill, Death will not occur. In the crown of the head is the form of the moon, With the dripping of nectar drops, From all the pores of the hair, It satisfies all the limbs. Completely abandoning all distractions, The yogi meditates for six months, Victorious over all diseases, Like the lord of death, victorious over death. The head is a thousand-petaled lotus, The white mouth looks downward, Contemplating the order of the moon in kalpas and so on, It destroys death. That itself is the form of blackness, With the light of the black form, If one contemplates pervading everything, It destroys white hair and so on. The tongue should be pressed against the palate, The teeth should touch the gums, The power of the cause is inconceivable, This should be undertaken with faith. Combined with the top of the secret orifice, The uvula hanging down, Touching everything with the tip of the tongue, Experiencing the taste of nectar. By this, immediately eliminate death, White hair and so on are also destroyed. Having done this, aging and, One will be protected from all fears, The memory of exhaling and inhaling, Should also be practiced in a different way. From that, the increase in number is certain, One goes without aging and death. In the day and night of sentient beings, The breaths are twenty-one thousand and, Six hundred in excess, The number is, Completely proclaimed. Because nectar is mantra, The entering of wind is mantra.

It is the method of nectar to sustain life, therefore death cannot obstruct it. The entering air should be counted, gradually with numbers such as a hundred thousand, with a focused mind like a ritual, it is said to be silent recitation. When the silent recitation is completed a hundred thousand times, like a ritual, even a person whose life has expired will surely live for five years. Repeating two hundred thousand times, etc., should be measured to increase lifespan. One should be skilled in methods and diligently recite the air. Getting up in the morning and counting a thousand, after constantly counting well, one is liberated from all diseases and lives until the sun and moon exist. Not delighting in dwelling in learning, nor liking it, do not fall asleep even for a moment, strive to overcome sleep. Food and drink, etc., with the body's arising as the cause, strive for the movement of air. The yogi who strives lawfully will surely conquer death. Being ignorant and focused on enjoyment, one dies unlawfully. One's own nature becomes lawful, and the opposite is unlawful. The lion-dance mudra, by binding, prevents the air. Or one conquers by the act of preventing, preventing is the method of deceiving death. At the end of the sole of the foot, gradually fill it with air. Prevention is called Kumbhaka. Knowing this, the order should be stated, by the act of preventing above, the one who prevents will be victorious. By the distinction of small, medium, etc., the upper prevention is considered to be three types. The act called upper prevention, the meaning is shown by what is said below. The measure of the small is thirty-six, the medium is likewise twice that. The great is said to be three times, one can be victorious by preventing. Having completed by preventing, the inside and outside of one's own knees and calves, here rubbing with the hands, then snapping the fingers six times. The Sutra is fully explained by the wise, it is said to be the measure of time. As long as the measure of thirty-six changes, that is the act of preventing. This upper prevention is inferior, then the middle is twice that. The great upper prevention is three times, one hundred and eight is the measure. Those who want to deceive death, strive to overcome it. The characteristic of the great upper prevention is:
