May the compassionate protector accept. Om namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo. viśvāmukhebhyaḥ sarvatadakhamudgate spharaṇa himaṃ gagana khaṃ svāhā. Om, great substance of the five families' samaya. The sphere of the five wisdoms' complete accomplishment. May all sentient beings of the five families be liberated. This nectar of the five families' sentient beings. May the six realms of beings. Transform into assemblies of gods and goddesses. Adorned well with all ornaments. With songs and verses. The wrathful assembly moves with dance. All the emanations as numerous as the dust of a thousand worlds. When offered well to all mandalas. May the compassionate protector accept. I, along with others, confess all that has strayed from the path of liberation, the hosts of afflictions near to the afflictions, knowingly and unknowingly taking what should be abandoned, the giving of doing, doing, and doing, and whatever others rejoice in. Before the eyes of the protectors, I confess without concealing the sins that are naturally blameworthy, confessing them in order, and I take the vow not to commit them again. From the vows of individual liberation, the root and branches have deteriorated, and I have abandoned the refuge-giver and other teachers. I confess all the actions that destroy morality, such as creating discord among the faithful sangha, and subtle wrongdoings such as wrong livelihoods. Hūṃ, bodhicitta and other things have not arisen, and all vows have been abandoned, the sutras of the pāramitās have deteriorated, I have entered the wrong path, and the four things that are gathered from the abode of Brahmā, the thirty-seven factors of the path, and the unmixed results have been accomplished. I confess all the sins of reviling and abandoning at this time. Hūṃ, secret vajra great being, violating and slandering the vajra master, abandoning the deity and deceiving the dharma brothers, abandoning mantras and mudras, and proclaiming to those who are not vessels, etc., the hosts of two, three, and twenty-eight, the limbs and parts have passed beyond deterioration. I will speak truthfully with a remorseful heart. Oṃ namaḥ kāya vāka citta sarva pāpaṃ śuddha śuddha hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Homage, body speech mind, all, sins, purify, purify, Hum) Svāhā! All the past, present, and future, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, increasing faith, diligence, and wisdom, accumulating the two accumulations of cause and effect, the twelve deeds, etc., especially the deeds of performing wrathful mantras, causing beings to attain the two paths, I rejoice in all of them. I rejoice without jealousy in whatever virtuous thoughts, meditations, etc., are practiced by the noble self-realized Buddhas of other paths, as well as by the śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas. To all the protectors who dwell in all directions, by the power of compassion, showing according to the inclinations of beings, just as in the past aspirations, in order to make the sacred Dharma flourish, residing in the sacred places of exhortation, etc., just as the retinue of Brahmā, in order to turn the wheel of Dharma for the benefit of beings, I offer a thousand-spoked golden wheel. I pray to the protector of the world. May the Buddhas, Sugatas, and Bhagavad, from this beginning until the end, complete the three kinds of deeds, and may they quickly manifest as the five bodies of great wisdom.
