尸罗（戒律）之学与， 善法之积聚与， 利他之律仪三， 我当稳固而受持。 佛陀、正法与僧伽， 无上之三宝尊， 从今起始受持后， 任何时候皆不舍弃。 金刚部殊胜伟大之， 金刚铃杵手印亦， 如实无谬而受持， 上师诸位亦当受持。 宝生部殊胜伟大之， 誓言悦意诸事物， 每日之中于六时， 四种布施极布施。 由大菩提所生故， 莲花部广大清净者， 外内秘密之三乘， 神圣之法当受持。 羯磨部殊胜伟大者， 具足一切之律仪， 如实无谬而受持， 供养之事亦尽力为。 于无上菩提发心已， 我当受持所有律仪， 未解脱者令解脱， 未度越者我令度越， 未出息者令出息， 一切安置于涅槃。 以此等善妙之业， 世间速疾成就佛， 于轮回大海沉溺者， 安置于无上菩提。 三处所依字相连， 金刚真言香涂抹， 头顶鲜花前方香， 酥油灯香涂心间。 乌昙跋罗等诸木， 正直无裂无虫迹， 十二指长香涂抹， 顶端鲜花相连者。 部主真言多念诵， 真实加持作赐予， 鲜花等物作加持， 行事差别次第示。
English
The learning of Śīla (discipline), and, The accumulation of virtuous dharmas, and, The three vows of benefiting others, I shall firmly uphold. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, The unsurpassed Three Jewels, From this day forward, having taken them, I shall never abandon them. The great and supreme Vajra family, The Vajra, bell, and mudrā also, I shall truly and without error uphold, The teachers also should be upheld. The great and supreme Ratna family, With vows that are pleasing to the mind, Six times each day, Give the four kinds of generosity extensively. Because it arises from great Bodhi, In the great and pure Padma family, The three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, The sacred Dharma should be upheld. In the great and supreme Karma family, Possessing all the vows, I shall truly and without error uphold, And do whatever I can in the work of offering. Having generated the mind of supreme Bodhi, I shall uphold all the vows without exception, I shall liberate those who are not liberated, I shall deliver those who have not crossed over, I shall bring forth the breath of those who have not breathed, And place all in Nirvāṇa. By these virtuous deeds, May the world quickly attain Buddhahood, And may those who are drowning in the ocean of samsara, Be placed in unsurpassed Bodhi. With the symbolic letters of the three places, Anoint with fragrant substances along with the Vajra mantra, Flowers on the head, incense in front, Butter lamp and fragrant ointment on the heart. Udumbara and other trees, Straight, without cracks, free from insect traces, Twelve finger-lengths, anointed with fragrance, With flowers attached to the tip. Having recited the family mantra many times, Having purified the truth, give the blessing, and Having blessed the flowers and so on, Show the distinctions of the actions in order.
