After that, the Great Lord was summoned, and he said, "What is wrong with us being at the end of everything?" He spoke harshly and angrily, and a third eye appeared on his forehead. Just by being looked at by it, various diseases, famines, rains of cruel weapons, and wars, etc., spread widely in the world, causing harm to all living beings in the world. In order to subdue it, Buddha Amitabha manifested the emanation of Achala, the wrathful one, from immeasurable light rays, causing the great god's mind to be deluded, and suppressing his three doors of body, speech, and mind. The tears that flowed from being subdued, through the power of his own vows, transformed into three goddesses. He enjoyed them and was robbed by the power of the supreme horse. Furthermore, Vishnu manifested a goddess of aspiration through his own vows, Brahma manifested a goddess through the power of union, and Kamadeva gathered the radiance of flowers and other radiances, and through the stirring of the mind of desire, increased his own radiance, thus accomplishing the goddess. Thus, he enjoyed Shri Devi, Tara, and Delightful Woman. The history of these is recorded in the Tantra of Spoken Words. If these goddesses sometimes protect according to the needs of the beings to be tamed, or act as retinues, or as consorts, or trample with their feet, etc., it seems contradictory. However, in order to manifest the subduing with great wisdom and miraculous power, through various skillful means, and in order to take hold of it itself, there is no fault. Again, in order to encourage through the two goddesses, one verse was spoken: Whatever mind should be kind to friends, or whatever mind should overcome enemies, should be accomplished with a single-pointed mind. Just as doubt and double-mindedness cannot accomplish that, so too, a person entering the door of the Great Vehicle Secret Mantra should abandon the thoughts of double-mindedness. Therefore, it is said in the Root Tantra: Doubt makes one foolish, actions will not be accomplished, one will not know the time to enter, even if practiced, there will be no result.

It is because there is no. Thus it is said. The second (non-arising) is to say that friends and enemies, etc., even if the distinctions arising from the perspective of worldly affairs do not arise, it is okay. Attachment to relatives and hatred towards enemies, these dharmas are momentary, unstable in form, and their nature is false and illusory. Who would trust and abide in these? If one rejoices in the deity and the supreme god without separation and practices, and fights against the enemies of various distinctions that hinder the path, this is entering the stable activity of the mother tantra, which combines all the fruits of merit. Again, the third meaning is like this, for gods and humans, etc., it is okay if the distinctions of wanting to benefit and harm do not arise from the root. If these have been promised, then it is not possible to accomplish their benefit, not even as an illusion. Because they merely appear like friends, or are images of friends, or illusory friends. It is not appropriate not to indicate them, who would say? Like this, because the yidam does not have the distinctions of attachment, aversion, and clinging, where would there be the distinctions of granting and not granting accomplishments? If one possesses these distinctions, who would call them a deity? This is unreasonable. These are the characteristics of the Great Seal shown through the six kinds of families, and the way in which the Great Seal of Action is accomplished through the six kinds of equal union. Among them, the glorious Vajrasattva is the lord of all families, and is called the equal union with all Buddhas, which is entered through activities of various kinds. The glorious Vairocana is called the equal union with all space, which unites all dharmas into the nature of the Prajnaparamita, and because it pervades with the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. The glorious Heruka is called the equal union with all vajras, destroying the fierce assembly with body, speech, and mind vajras,

Being joined in the sphere of space, it possesses the trace of the wisdom of equality. Vajra Sun is called being joined equally with all kingdoms, it liberates the continuum of entering into the assembly of increasing qualities, and because it possesses the aspect of the wisdom of individually and completely contemplating. Supreme Horse Play is called being joined equally with all actions, it pacifies the thoughts of the great gods, and because it abides as the nature of the four kinds of activities, it joins everything with the aspect of the wisdom of accomplishing activities. Thus, in the root tantra it says: The deities of Vajrasattva, who equally join all Buddhas, with all aspects of various rituals, liberate various beings. The mandala of Vairochana, who equally joins all of space, with the aspect of the Perfection of Wisdom, liberates the views of the inferior. The mandala of Heruka, who equally joins all vajras, the assembly of body, speech, and mind vajras, destroys the fierce opposing forces. The mandala of Padma Garwang, who equally joins various lotuses, accomplishes various pure dharmas, and pacifies slanderous thoughts. The mandala of Vajra Sun, who equally joins all kingdoms, increases the qualities of splendor, and completely liberates the end of suffering karma. The mandala of Karma Kula, who equally joins various purities, subdues the fierce continuum of the great gods, and suppresses everything with the power of activity. Thus it is said. The limb of that ritual is to prostrate to the mandala in front, and after pleasing it with offerings, perform the summoning and abiding of the four mantras, and after making the body of the Great Seal clear and pleasing, then one should sing a song that urges accomplishment. The deities'
