Those who exist in what manner, also abide in the form of emanations for the purpose of subduing their own continuums. Therefore, the Great Vajradhara abides in the nature of samsara and nirvana. As it is said in the Compendium of Reasoning: In the determination of faultless examination, in order to conform to all desires, He is the secret Bhagavan, great desire, great joy. Also, for the sake of one aspect of samsara, embracing the aspects of the three times, it is the nature of all the dharmas of samsara of cause, condition, and result, and also abides in the essence of Brahma, Vishnu, and Indra, who have become the supreme place of the world. The three worlds are below the earth, on the earth, and above the earth, and their lords are the intoxicator, the victor, and the honey-maker. The three realms are the aspects embraced by the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. Therefore, all things, both container and contained, which are various and different and have become the objects of the six senses, are that very thing. As it is said in the Compendium of Reasoning: Because all accomplishments conform, the Bhagavan of great desire, all accomplished, undefiled bliss, is the body of the Great Bliss Vajradhara. And again: Because the lord of the three worlds is infinite, the subduer is the three existences, the three supreme ones, and because it is all, the Three Jewels, the lord of the three worlds is the three realms. And again: The merit of sentient beings greatly increases, and all that is immovable is only his lord. The subduer is the movement of the mind, and all actions are only for his sake. And again: With courage, dust, and darkness, for what reason does he subdue sentient beings? Therefore, he is Samantabhadra, and he benefits others through the practice of enlightenment. This is how the common vehicle is explained. In terms of the special meaning: As it is said in the Seventh Reasoning: Being liberated, it is peaceful, and the collection of desires is fully developed. The way of desire abides in the work of power, and he fiercely slays without attachment. The three times, the three bodies, abide eternally, and the three existences, the three bodies, are pleasing to the heart. The three supreme ones subdue beings by the vehicle, and the three paths adorn and dispel the continuums of others. The three grounds abide, greatly delighting, and the collection of deeds manifests miracles, and various activities are practiced very well.

Furthermore, in the Root Tantra, it says: 'The meaning of desire for power arises, and with fierceness, those who sever desire are slain. The accumulation of qualities increases, it is the activity of desire, and with tranquility, it is completely liberated.' Thus and so forth it is said. From the perspective of the Dharmadhatu, the secret activity is: In the Seventh Discrimination, it says: 'Having the aspect of desire and joy, in the manner of delighting in desire, severing desire, the reality of boundless joy, is the co-emergent liberation.' Also, 'In the three times, subduing, seizing, and averting, the three realms are filled with the letters of the three roots, the three supreme ones become clear, and the realms of the world are made clear. All the phenomena that abide in various ways are none other than great bliss.' Thus it is. The conclusion and determination of these is: 'All sentient beings, without exception, are transformed here. Such as these, boundless and supreme, the Dharmadhatu, equal and unequal, the infinity of the space realm, all things are that.' Thus it is. The two vast ways, and in the manner of form, all phenomena abide, it is the nature of Samantabhadra. That also, in the Condensed Discrimination, it says: 'Always pure, the best of all, primordially liberated, the Tathagata, Samantabhadra, the lord of all, the nature of Bodhicitta is certain.' Thus it is. This is a great condensation of the mudras of the ninth chapter, shown by the examples of the wish-fulfilling jewel and the lion. Now, in order to gather the assembly circle with the conventional that makes discrimination manifest, and with the meaning of union, at the time of all space, glorious, Vajrasattva Tathagata, the union of all Buddhas, the supreme bliss of the Dakini's illusion. Thus it is said, wherever the object of phenomena pervades, the nature of Dharmata, all of those are glorious Vajrasattva, like a sesame pod. Thus, the glorious Vajrasattva abiding in the manner of two meanings is the state of the Tathagata. What is it? It is accomplished by the assembly circle of the glorious union of all Buddhas and the Dakini's illusion of supreme bliss. That also, in the Seventh Discrimination, it says: 'At the time of all space, glorious, Vajrasattva Tathagata, abiding in the mandala of the assembly, generating the bliss of all goddesses.'
