Three times during the day and night, Always be diligent in recitation. Whenever the yogi fails, He becomes a great fault. Starting from the middle winter month, Protecting each month, Abide in the non-dual wheel. On the tenth day of the month, make offerings, Meat and alcohol, etc., are all acceptable, Offerings to the assembly of heroes and yoginis, And especially to Heruka, etc. Do not desire the inferior vehicle. Do not turn your back on the benefit of sentient beings. Do not abandon samsara again. Do not go to nirvana alone. To all the heroes and yoginis, You should not despise them. Hand seals, mounts, weapons, And signs should not be destroyed. By the merit of well-guarding the samaya, You will achieve it in this very life. When you see all women, Circumambulate three times from the left, And also touch the crown of their heads with your hand, And pray three times in between, I am your mother's son, Until enlightenment arises.
