To explain the various categories of truth, hence the name sister. To bestow unsurpassed qualities such as strength and fearlessness, like a celestial cow, that is, to generate, hence the name daughter. Because of the unsurpassed bliss that arises, the wisdom of women is woman. Because the Prajñāpāramitā is thoroughly clear, fully knowing the latent tendencies, and guiding and laughing according to circumstances, therefore all beings will arise accordingly, so only wisdom is called woman. The so-called skillful in subduing men, that is, skillful in subduing all men. In order to place the meaning of the supreme compassion, the unadulterated, the endless, and the uninterrupted great bliss, into the very being of each sentient being, or because beginners cannot stabilize it. Wisdom is the realization without distraction, that is, between the Prajñāpāramitā and the Mahāmudrā. These unsurpassed mudras and other mudras will also be explained in the thirteenth chapter. Because of not accumulating merit, its self-nature is ignorance, and those of the Śrāvakā lineage and others are the cause of fear, hence the name Terrifying Mother. As the noble Rāhula said, "Showing fear to children." The so-called inverted, that is, the views of annihilation and exaggeration. Because it is the cause of turning away from the heavens and liberation, and falling into hell, it is terrifying. It is said, "Because you have not seen, you become bound." Some read it as "Six Realms of Fear," at this time it means the Fearful Cycle. Therefore, only wisdom alone is the quiescence of these and all others. As the noble Nāgārjuna said, "The cycle of existence is entirely knowledge, and is called quiescence." It is also said in the Glorious Perfect Union Tantra: "Subtle discrimination is suppressed by darkness, utterly destroyed, hence like intoxicated lightning. The mind is said by the Vajradhara to be saṃsāra, stained by attachments that are difficult to reverse. Thoroughly luminous, liberated from defilements, thoroughly abandoning defilements such as attachments, without grasping and grasper."

That is, the excellent sentient beings declare it as the supreme Nirvana. Therefore, the cause and origin of many aggregates of suffering is nothing other than this. The cause for the arising of limitless bliss is also, There is nothing else, those who desire liberation. ( इति ) Having truly attained limitless bliss, one possesses great magical powers. It shows the increase of samsara, and the limits of the number of conceptualizations and so on. Existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, the grasped and the grasper, etc., conceptualizing in various ways is conceptualization, and only that which is constantly practiced is universal conceptualization. Arising and disappearing are birth and cessation. He shows the means of that conceptualization, non-conceptualization, etc. If asked what is non-conceptualization, the answer is: inferior, etc. The inferior is the subtle object, the nature of mind and mental factors. The superior is, among children, because of the name of things, it is the body of the gross nature of things. The intermediate is other than the two, vowels (ཨཱ་ལི་,ā-li,Āli) and consonants (ཀཱ་ལི་,kā-li,Kali). Thus, body, speech, and mind, how appropriately, are spoken of with the words inferior, intermediate, and superior. The others are the six senses. Whoever they are, this is declared by the stable base and so on, and the moving other sentient beings. That is said in the Hevajra Tantra: The inferior is the subtle meaning of words, the superior is to be spoken of as things. The intermediate is abandoning both. The others are the six senses. Whoever they are, stable and moving. Like that. The inferior and so on are non-conceptual, the co-emergent nature without awareness, those who practice these become clear, so these eight lines do not make the practice clear with the word non-conceptual. If asked what is the meaning of practicing non-conceptualization, the answer is: by the means of great bliss, not thinking about all dharmas, only that is the meaning of practice. If asked whether contemplating that great bliss is not a fault, it is a fault, because it is no different from all sentient beings, because sentient beings are emptiness, but one cannot think of emptiness, so that is also contemplation.
