Therefore, the hero refers to the Tathagata or the Lama, etc., because they are brave enough to win from the battlefield of afflictions. The hero only reveals the emptiness of duality, which is a secret word passed down from ear to ear. By practicing this, in all places, it is adorned with white light. The "this" here refers to the nine letters. It should be visualized that the white light emitted from these letters illuminates all ten directions. Now, in order to show the Samadhi of Bindu, the Bhagavan said: The stupa of the five aggregates, and contemplate the nectar seed. It means that in the place where the stupa of the five aggregates is visualized, on top of the lunar disc, the nectar seed syllable ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) should be visualized. How to visualize it? The Bhagavan said: White color is bright and beautiful, bathing in the stream of nectar. It means that the lunar disc moistened by nectar, the stream of nectar flowing from ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), should drip onto the bindu below. After that, the visualization of the bindu is explained: the size of a thumb, round, located in the center of the moon. And so on, it means that in the center of the lunar disc in the throat, visualize a round bindu the size of a thumb. Then, the seed syllable in its center is explained: arising from Ali Kali, which is the letter ཨཱ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A). On each door in its center, it means that the stream of nectar should be dripped onto the letter in the center of that bindu. The visualization of the bindu is very famous. Up to this point, it is the teaching on the Samadhi of Bindu. Now, in order to show the subtle Samadhi, the Bhagavan said: One hundredth of the tip of a hair. And so on, here the one hundredth of the tip of a hair is to explain its measurement. What is it? The mind as small as a dust particle. It means that the mind should be visualized as transcending the senses and becoming like a dust particle. What is the shape? It is said: Having the wisdom of self-nature that symbolizes characteristics, is the self-nature of consciousness. The shape of the seed syllable ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) of wisdom and consciousness should be contemplated as symbolizing characteristics. The visualization is explained: Any place where the means of bindu exists, contemplate by knowing its nature. It means that,

The above is a summary regarding contemplating the characteristics of the subtle Hum syllable Samadhi only in the position of the bindu above. Then, in which part of the body and speech should this subtle Samadhi be placed and practiced? It is said in the scriptures: "The lock of the heart and Brahma's hole, and in the path of the bindu gate." That is to say, the heart is the heart center, the gate of Brahma's hole is the crown of the head, the path of the bindu nose is the throat. Therefore, the subtle Samadhi should be practiced there. It is said in the scriptures: "The Guru's instructions are the only ground, to grasp consciousness and wisdom." This means that the seed syllable Hum of consciousness and wisdom can only be measured and known through the Guru's instructions. This is the summary. This subtle Samadhi can only be obtained through the Guru's instructions, and cannot be obtained through other external paths. Therefore, it is said in the scriptures: "Not by external paths, it is also far from scriptures." Why? It is said in the scriptures: "Scriptures are easy to obtain, but their essence is difficult to find." Then how should one know? It is said in the scriptures: "The yogi who is skilled in means." and so on. Now, in order to show the method of reciting mantras, it is said in the scriptures: "The Dharma that sends forth before the mind." and so on. Among them, mind refers to the basis of the mind's consciousness, which is the mind itself. The mind is the beginning of all dharmas. For example, among the actions of body, speech, and mind, the action of mind occurs first, because body and speech act after the mind has thought. As it is said in the Abhidharmakosha: "Mind is the action of the mind, from which arise the actions of body and speech." It is said in the scriptures: "The mind is pure and the mind goes." This means that it is the pure mind, not the body and speech. For example, for a yogi whose mind is pure, even if the actions of body and speech are impure, it will not become a fault. As it is said in the scriptures: "The Bodhisattva's thoughts, whether virtuous or non-virtuous, will all turn into virtue, therefore the mind is autonomous." Why? Because "the mind goes," the mind is attracted to the imprints of virtue and non-virtue, and the mind tends towards Nirvana. Therefore, "the mind is in all things," refers to the objects of body, speech, and mind. This is the summary.
