That which is called "is" is the reversal of the breath entering. Recitation is to become accustomed to it. Or, for exhaling and inhaling, the seed syllable "ഹി(Tibetan: ཧི་ཀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हिक, Sanskrit Romanization: hika, Chinese literal meaning: ഹി)" which is the opposite of that, is recited at the throat. They say this: At the navel, above the wheel of wind is the wheel of fire. Above that, visualize the red ཨཾ་(Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཨཾ་) like the color of the sun. On the lotus at the heart, meditate on the blue ཧཱུཾ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཧཱུཾ་) facing downwards. When exhaling, like a water plant's flower being moved by the wind, the letter ཧཱུཾ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཧཱུཾ་) with the lotus facing upwards, is offered into the head. When inhaling, it is drawn back again. By repeatedly becoming accustomed to this, it will be shown that transference occurs effortlessly. Now, in order to show the union of inner actions, "then" etc. is said. The external is as previously explained. The practitioner emanates. The phrase "the practitioner emanates" means emanation for the sake of the practitioner. What is it? "In accordance with the mind of others" is said. The meaning of these is that one visualizes the red letter ཨཾ་(Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཨཾ་) at one's own navel, residing in fire and wind, and then meditates on the red ཧཱུཾ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཧཱུཾ་) in the heart of the one to be subdued. The rays of light of ཨཾ་(Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཨཾ་) are emitted from one's right nostril, enter the left nostril of the one to be subdued, seize the consciousness of the heart, emerge from their right nostril, enter one's own left nostril, and are visualized as being burned in the fire. Like that,

English
It has been shown. In the center, what is to be meditated upon is called "ཞུ་བའི་གཙོ". It is called "ཞུ་བ་" because it is the destroyer, which is the letter ཧཱུཾ. (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). What is called "the seed of the immovable" is ཨཾ. (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Am). What is called "the seed of the jewel" is ཨཱཾ. (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Chinese literal meaning: A Ang). What is called "the seed of immeasurable light" is ཨེཾ. (Tibetan: ཨེཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: एं, Sanskrit Romanization: eṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ai Mu). What is called "the seed of unfailing accomplishment" is ཁཾ. (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Kang). In order to show these, it is said "the first of the vowel letters" and so on. Or "four" refers to the invisible causes, here it is connected to "fourth". It shows that in the center of the navel lotus, the letter ཨཾ is written. At that time, the seeds of the immovable and so on are ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), ཨཱཾ (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Chinese literal meaning: A Ang), ཛྲཱྀཾ (Tibetan: ཛྲཱྀཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्रृं, Sanskrit Romanization: jrīṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Zheren) and ཁཾ (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Kang) etc. "Directional boundaries" and so on refer to both. The rest is easy to understand. In "the emptiness of" and so on, if everything is emptiness, then what will become the essence? Therefore it is said "water tree" and so on, just as from the water tree without essence, the essence of nectar arises, from meditating on the seeds without essence and so on, the fruit of the body of the wisdom of emptiness will ripen. In "whose" and so on, "after knowing whose characteristics", refers to understanding the nature of all forms through hearing and thinking. "Quickly" refers to in this life. Nectar ༄། In order to show another form of the samadhi that attracts nectar, it is said "the five increasing" and so on. What is called "the seed of nectar" is སོཾ་མོ. (Tibetan: སོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सों, Sanskrit Romanization: soṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Suo Mu). This shows that above the letter སོཾ, on the moon disc, the letter ཧཱུཾ is meditated upon. (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). "In the center of the drop" refers to in the center of the eyebrows, there also is the seed ཧཱུཾ. (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). "Make it round with the thumb", refers to the letter ཐ which has the form of a moon disc, in its center write the ཧཱུཾ mentioned above. "The seed in its center", refers to in the center of the navel chakra, there write the vowel letter ཨཾ. "The tip of the hair" and so on shows that the rays of ཨཾ gradually propel. In order to show these, it is said "bindu" and so on. "Look at the position of the bindu", refers to showing the bindu of the navel lotus. "In the heart and the Brahma's door, and in the doors of the path of the drops"
