That which is called "Vajra Goddess" is Vajravarahi, that is, the greatly praised mother, and so on. The phrase "These mantras are" refers to the mantras of those goddesses. The phrase "How to do Sindhu" means in a Sindhu container or a container written with wisdom. "Saying" means reciting after being tired from meditation. "Meditate" means meditating on the wheel on the lotus of the goddess. "It is to be done" means to keep it equal at all times. Describing the benefits, starting from "Wish-fulfilling Jewel" and so on, is connected to "This is the king of mantras, which gives supreme bliss in the means of accomplishment." The wish-fulfilling jewel is the specialty of raining down jewels. The wish-fulfilling tree is the one from which desired fruits arise. "Excellent Vase" means an excellent vase, which is inexhaustible. "Glorious" means that glory is perfection. "The cow of desired milk" means that all desires arise. "Explaining Thatness" is the explanation of the perfect accomplishment of Thatness wisdom, which is the ritual of collecting mantras.
