Having ascertained the nature of the circle, the wisdom circle, which is invited with the sound of great joy together with the well-accomplished outer mudra or wisdom mudra, is properly offered with offerings and the like, and then brought inside. Having melted with great attachment, the lotus is extracted from the vajra path. The one who possesses the nature of the wisdom circle, having expanded, abides in the samaya circle as it dwells, thus contemplating. Immediately after the eyes and the like have been blessed, the Tathagatas, who are invited by the rays of light from the seed syllable in one's own heart, bestow empowerment and seal. Then, after the expanded goddesses have made offerings, they make excellent offerings with the double garments of Shitalika and the like, and with the power of food and drink and the like. The outer yoginis make offerings with dance and the like, ringing the bell and praising with the eight-line mantra, and then placing the flower of one's own wisdom mother and the bodhicitta in a lotus vessel, making it into nectar and offering it. Having been satisfied by tasting that nectar, one should be especially devoted to the nature of great bliss, and also recite the mantra of the lord of the circle one hundred and eight times, and twenty-six each of the others, and the hundred-syllable mantra. With the ritual of the torma chapter that will be explained, one should offer the torma to all beings. After that, with the right hand supine, the middle finger and ring finger slightly bent and placed in front of the mouth, with the elbow placed between the knees, squatting and not speaking, the fingertips should touch the cheeks many times, and touch the ears and the eyes and the nostrils and the mouth and the hands and the navel and the crown of the head three times each, this is called near-touch.
