སྭཱ་ཧཱ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵此语，是为龙族食子的真言，并以牛奶和牛奶食子供养它们。应将彩粉涂抹于它们之上，并观想它们也以极大的敬意迎请。应将（彩粉）投入水中。盛有彩粉的瓶子也应装满水，并如前一般迎请，以瓶中之水，为求寂静，应清扫和洒扫坛城之房屋等处。在坛城之房屋上涂抹牛粪，并为年轻女子们设宴，这被称为坛城的就近聚集。第十七章的解释完毕。 第十七章的解释。

Svāhā! Recite this mantra for the nāga torma, and offer them milk and milk torma. Apply colored powder to them, and contemplate that they also invite with great respect. The (colored powder) should be cast into the water. The vase holding the colored powder should also be filled with water, and invite in the same way as before, and with the water from it, for the sake of pacification, sweep and sprinkle the mandala's house and so on.
