Because it would become that. If someone again thinks that what is meditated upon will become clear, then, just like a jewel with various colors, in order to be able to fully reveal the various appearances of the various inclinations of the beings to be tamed, one should also think so. Therefore, due to the differences in the inclinations of limitless beings to be tamed, the complete enjoyment body and the manifestation body, which have immeasurable forms of various kinds, cannot be meditated upon, so one should only strive for their cause. Moreover, mere meditation is not enough. Like this, for the time being, the ༄། appearance arising from conceptualization is not the Buddha. It is not said in the scriptures either. Just as it is said in the glorious Vajra Dakini: How to follow the tantras, people, for the realization they have done, strive to arouse afflictions, thereby destroying their own minds. Therefore, through all efforts, the actions of mandalas and other rituals will not become liberation, but only the cause of confusion. So it is said. The glorious King of Two Inquiries also says: There is no mantra recitation, no asceticism, no fire offering, no mandala, and no mandala. That is mantra recitation, that is asceticism, that is fire offering. That is the mandala, that is the mandala. What is gathered from the collection is the image of the mind. So it is said. The glorious Union of Bindus also says: Do not meditate on emptiness, nor do not meditate on emptiness. From clinging to non-emptiness and emptiness, other conceptualizations will arise. So it is said. The feet of Indra Bhuti also say: Mudras, mandalas, mantras, etc., the effort of recitation and meditation, even after countless eons, will not become supreme accomplishment. So it is said. The feet of Saraha also say: No mantra, no cause, no knowable, no clinging. Alas! All these are the cause of ignorance and confusion. Do not defile the immaculate mind with meditation. Do not make the happy mind suffer. And so on. If so, then how are the forms and meditations of the deities indicated? It is for the sake of worldly achievements, only for the sake of those who want to obtain it, some say. So it is said.

Pa. For sentient beings with initial karma, by meditating on the deity's form, in order to accomplish all actions completely, it is definitely taught in the tantras at the beginning. It is said. It is only for the sake of having a share of that very wisdom, it is said, it is another saying. By meditating on the forms of glorious Heruka and others, it is impossible to accomplish only that much. Thus, the Boundless Enlightened Sugata has taught. It is said, it is another saying. All these and others are not existent, because the Bhagavan, who possesses all the supreme aspects, is of one taste with emptiness, and is of the nature of great bliss, is the one to be accomplished and meditated upon. Only the form is not necessarily to be meditated upon. Even the nature of Dharma cannot exist separately from the wheel of forms. If one meditates only on one thing, that meditation on the one thing is definitely not meditating on the meaning of that alone. That was said by the feet of the noble Deva: "Those who are deluded by meditating on non-existence, whatever they closely rely on, is like the nature of the sky for children, that becomes the most solid of objects." It is said. The feet of the noble one also said: "Saying 'no birth' means emptiness, saying 'no self' also means the nature of Dharma, whoever meditates on the inferior self, that is not the meditation of that." It is said. Therefore, having stabilized on the mere form of the deity, the nature of non-duality of union, the nature of great bliss alone, is to be meditated upon from the instructions of the gurus, so how can there be any occasion for the fault of speaking? However, it is not true that one will not even attain the samadhi of speaking for a while, because it is proven by experience that reverence and other habits, especially the excellent mind, become stable on the object of focus. That was said: "Therefore, true and not true, whatever becomes very habitual, because the power is perfected by meditation, that is the clear, non-conceptual wisdom fruit." It is said. Also from the tantras: "By whatever meditation, the minds of people are truly joined, by that, the nature of that changes, like the various forms of jewels." It is said. Also, for non-single forms, seeing and hearing that are free from concepts.
