This is the complete Li-ka-li. Here, the arising of the moon mandala should be regarded as yoga. The phrases such as "of that" are easy to understand. "The skull adorned with a garland of skulls" means that each face has the nature of the five Tathagatas, that is, it possesses five skulls. "Should contemplate" means should practice meditation, at the lotus's directional places, meaning on the petals of the directions. If so, these ultimate destroyers of Yama, being perfected simultaneously with the Bhagavan's perfection, even so, during a single conceptual meditation, because they cannot be taken as objects, they are spoken of in sequence, such as the sequence of hands and faces. Thereafter, in the heart of the Bhagavan who is complete in all aspects, one should also visualize the Wisdom Sattva, and in its heart, the Samadhi Sattva. Bless with "Om Ah Hum, Om, Sarva, Bira, Yogini, Nang, Kaya, Waka, Jitta, Vajra, Svabhava, Atma Ko Ham. Om, Vajra, Shuddha, Sarva Dharma, Vajra, Shuddho Ham," and at the six places such as the eyes, visualize the six such as the Ignorance Vajra, at the places such as the earth, visualize the Fallen Mother, and at the places such as the aggregates of form, visualize the Vairochana Buddha. Make two armors for the Bhagavan and the Bhagavati, one being "Om Ha" etc., and the second being "Om Pam" etc. At the twenty-four places such as the crown of the head, on the form of the empty-spoked wheel, on the sun mandalas, there are also letters such as Puja, some say it thus. After that, first perform the union of the lotus and the vajra, and begin with great joy, and with the rays of light from the seed syllable in one's own heart, and with the burning mudra and the Phet syllable, invite the wheel of wisdom. With mantras such as "Dza Hum Bam Hoh," perform actions such as hooking, please them with the embracing mudra with the lotus circle in front, bless as before with the three mantras, and one should be empowered by the heroes and heroines, the sovereign mothers, who come together with the wheel of wisdom. At the moment of empowerment, the Bhagavan and the Bhagavati etc.'s...

On the crown are Akshobhya and Vairochana, etc. On the crown of dakinis, lamas, virgins, and those with form, in order, are Vairochana, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi. Amoghasiddhi of the crow-faced ones, etc., is that the offering goddesses arising from the seed of one's own heart, with the seal of blessing going before, are offered to and praised, and then, having tasted the taste led by the goddess Roma, they are gradually placed in the clear light. For this, this is the order: the beings who are correctly summoned by the sound of joy of the wisdom hero and heroine are in the charnel ground. In the charnel ground, the wheel of samaya. To those dakinis and so on. Those are only the Bhagavan and the Bhagavati, etc. Those also gradually enter into the clear light, and then abide in, arise from, and enter into the clear light. If one becomes weary, then recite the mantra with the rite spoken of in the chapter on mantras. If one wishes to arise, how should one do it? It is said: Dharma, etc. On the wheels of Dharma, etc., contemplate the dakinis, etc., and on the face and left nostril and the door of excretion and the right nostril, the crow-faced ones, etc., and on the right ear

If even by meditating on the generation stage and the discursive stage, one does not attain samadhi, then how can one become a Buddha again? Because this contradicts reason and scripture. Therefore, for the time being, one should meditate in stages, making the mind steady on the way of examining the nature of the deity with retinue, which are the support and supported, and the mandala of many deities. When meditating with great faith that it is completed in an instant, then at the time of meditating on the face, there is no meditation on the hands and so on. Likewise, at the time of meditating on the hands and other limbs, there is no meditation on the face and so on. Even if one does not meditate, the face and so on will not be clear, because two kinds of conceptualization are not simultaneous, which is established by the self-awareness of all beings. Why is that? Because the characteristic of one-pointedness of mind, samadhi, is disturbed by many conceptualizations. Moreover, Buddhahood is the fruit of the accumulation of merit ༄། །and wisdom. How can it be transformed by mere meditation? Just as a poor person meditating that he is a universal monarch does not attain the state of a universal monarch, and meditating on a yidam does not attain the state of a yidam, because this would lead to good and bad deeds being separated from their results. Through meditation, the object may become slightly clearer, but even so, it will only be continuous for a moment, like the appearance of a desired object to a desirous person. Because the examination itself is of a false nature, and arises from attachment to what is not real, therefore worldly phenomena are also impermanent in this way. The yoga of examination is even more false than worldly phenomena, because sounds and so on, which are without color and shape, are also meditated on in this way. Even if what appears only lasts for a moment, it is still unnecessary. Because forms exist in their respective definite places and times. Because there is no distinction, it does not possess the qualities of clairvoyance and so on, which are necessary for the benefit of beings. Distinction refers to those who possess such qualities. Form is not pervasive, for example, a vase is also
