The so-called "outcaste fire" refers to the fire taken from an outcaste's house. The so-called "midnight" refers to the time of midnight. The so-called "flesh-eater's fire" refers to the fire of the charnel ground. The so-called "situated above the wind" refers to riding on the wind mandala. Thus it is said, one who wishes to summon should gaze at the wind, offer the torma, be endowed with the yoga of red Hevajra, and abide in a playful posture. Meditate that the one to be summoned is riding on the wind mandala, and that the severed-born mother arising from the seed-syllable in the heart, with the noose in her hand of hook and noose, binds the neck, and with the hook pulls out from the heart cavity, and recite "ཛཿ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཨཱ་ཀཪྵ་ཡ་ཛཿ་" (dzaḥ ce-ge-mo ākarṣaya dzaḥ, Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, summon...hither dzaḥ) and so forth, as well as the mantra that appears as desired. On a madder plant, with one's own nameless blood and bezoar, with a sandalwood writing stylus, clearly draw the image of the one to be summoned, place it in a flawless, complete, beautiful skull, and cover it with cloth. On top of that, with the recitation of each mantra preceding, burn red karavira flowers, and one will be able to summon. Then, other excellent methods of summoning, others, are easy to understand. The so-called "clearly draw bhaga," the so-called "in front," is the remaining part. The so-called "with the left hand" should be understood as "pressing down." The so-called "dust standing upright" refers to the wind mandala. The so-called "yaksha's clothes" refers to the clothes of a corpse. The so-called "naga's lamp" refers to an oil lamp made from naga-kesara wood. Some say it is a lead lamp. The so-called "elephant's dung" refers to being together with an elephant. This is the explanation of the twenty-eighth chapter. Explanation of the twenty-ninth chapter. The so-called "those," etc., are said for the purpose of answering the four questions that were asked. The so-called "then," etc. The so-called "meditate on this," etc., up to "victor," is only explaining this point. The so-called "with two," etc., up to "the form of Heruka," are explaining the distinction between the emptiness and compassion of that very nature. The so-called "without appearance," etc., the two verses excellently explain the reason for the lack of self-nature due to the dissimilarities of all the things that hold them. Likewise
