Meditate fully on all the rituals, such as fixing the phurba on the wheel and obstacles, and ascertain it as the nature of the mandala. Invite the wheel of wisdom with the sound of great joy, along with the outer mudra or the wisdom mudra, which has been thoroughly accomplished, and after properly offering it with offerings such as water for washing feet, bring it inside. Visualize that it melts with great attachment, taking the lotus from the vajra path, manifesting the nature of the wheel of wisdom. Dwell as it dwells in the samaya wheel, and contemplate how to abide. Immediately after blessing the eyes and so on, the Tathagatas, invited by the rays of the seed syllable in one's own heart, should bestow empowerment and seal. Then, offer to the manifested goddesses, and offer as much as possible with the power of the Shitalika's double garments and so on, and food and drink and so on. The outer yoginis offer with dances and so on, ringing the bell, and after praising with the eight-legged mantra, place the flower of one's own wisdom mother and the bodhicitta in a lotus vessel, make it into nectar, and give it. After being satisfied by tasting that nectar, generate great joy in the nature of great bliss. Recite the mantra of the lord of the wheel one hundred and eight times, and twenty-one times each of the other mantras, and also the hundred-syllable mantra. With the ritual of the torma chapter that will be explained, offer the torma to all beings. After that, turn the right hand upwards, bend the middle and ring fingers slightly, and place them in front of the mouth. Place the elbow between the knees, sit squatting and without speaking, touch the face many times with the fingertips. Touch the ears, eyes, nose, mouth, hands, navel, and crown of the head three times each, which is called near-touch.
