Oh! How are these? It is said (in the scripture), starting with "vows." (True) bliss is the complete realization that all things are equal because all conceptualizations have ceased. This is because all phenomena are of the nature of mere conceptualization. This is what (the scripture) says. It says, "Birth and cessation are caused only by some conditions." This is also what (the scripture) says. Or, after the empowerment, that (meaning) is explained. The two verses starting with "Supreme Bliss" show the four empowerments of the nature of the four joys. Among them, the half verse starting with "Supreme Bliss" is a brief explanation. The two lines starting with "body" refer to the guru and the secret (empowerment). The two lines starting with "vows" are the empowerment of wisdom and prajna-wisdom. "Can be spoken" comes from self-awareness. "Cannot be shown" is because there is no analogy in the world or beyond. It itself says, "Not spoken by others, co-emergent (Tibetan: ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས།). It cannot be found anywhere; it is known through relying on the guru and one's own merit." This is also what (the scripture) says. It is not the same as the lotus of wisdom, etc., because there is no other basis, so it is only spoken as an analogy. It (the scripture) says, "When wisdom is realized, it is not impermanent great bliss, but constant great bliss. Born from scratching an itch, how can it not be great bliss?" This is also what (the scripture) says. Or, there, through the power of the guru's instructions, by blocking the moon, one realizes that invisible truth, because it is impossible for there to be any other such form in the world. It (the scripture) says, "Therefore, any one who has accumulated a body of merit, that is the only one. To those who have achieved unwavering minds in the sexual union of the mudra, I prostrate." This is also what (the scripture) says. If one asks, how are the previous and subsequent (statements) not contradictory? It is not so, because the previous (statement) only disparages changing bliss. It itself says, "The moon is transferred to the vajra, and again there is no need for this." This is in relation to unchanging bliss, it is not so. It (the scripture) says, "Therefore, people should practice that unchanging bliss with great effort. Abiding in that for a long time and attaining samadhi, when that (unchanging bliss) arises, grasp it again."

Thus it is said. Or, whatever is desired, the former is to dispel the attachment to manifestation from cause to effect, and the latter is to show the meaning of cause, so there is no contradiction. For this very reason, that should also be called co-emergent. If one becomes accustomed to this with skillful means, one can attain transcendence over the world. Thus, the karma-mudra that arises in the form of a goddess who is manifestly desired, or embracing the jnana-mudra, possessing the yoga of one's own tutelary deity, the bliss arising from the example is the same as perfect enjoyment, union, great bliss, selflessness, compassion, uninterruptedness, and non-cessation. One should meditate on the seven limbs and perfect transcendence over the world, this is the oral instruction. However, entering into samadhi with jnana-mudra etc., from the ultimate practice, only entering into samadhi with karma-mudra is superior and becomes the ultimate means, so say the lamas. Thus, the Vajra Essence empowerment is bestowed, and the supreme Bindu is also held. This is mentioned in passing. What is relevant should be stated, the fourth of the two lines of "secret" etc., of all the Buddhas, is of the aggregates. The gathering is to become one taste. In order to show that all of this can only be realized through the kindness of the guru, it is said again, self-blessing etc. Explanation of the third chapter. Explanation of the fourth chapter. In order to answer the third question, it is said, starting from "Then" etc. "Whatever" refers to things that have the nature of being stable and moving, all of which are the nature of the four great elements, that is, they abide, this is the remainder of the sentence. They are also of two kinds, from the distinction of external and internal nature. Among them, the common karma and nature of both have also been spoken of, starting from "earth" etc. Among them, "those" refers to those. "Earth" refers to earth. Or it is earth itself, that is, some things have characteristics such as thinness and hardness. This shows that the characteristic of earth is holding and the nature of thinness.
