The ground is also the expresser. The expressed is the state of conduct of the chief deities and mandala practitioners in all chapters of the lords of heroes and heroines, etc. The method of attaining the supreme and immutable accomplishment through the qualities of stirring and being stirred is the connection. The signs such as smoke, etc., acting in the order of the six limbs is the necessity. Falling into the accomplishment of the mudra by being separated from their nature is the necessity of the necessity. Similarly, the names of all the channels of vajra and lotus, etc., and places and nearby places, etc., are the expresser. The intense descent of the mind of enlightenment from the union of wind and consciousness is the expressed. That which is transformed by the guru's instructions is the connection. Their mind of enlightenment, free from extremes, the absorption of the four elements, is the necessity. Their wisdom arising in that way, not being the object of the expresser and the expressed, or being the accomplisher of all actions, is called the necessity of the necessity, and should be practiced accordingly. Similarly, here also, whatever collection of scriptures is the basis, that which leads to Buddhahood through the continuous sequence of those scriptures is the expresser, that is, the basis. Their reception, the actions of body, speech, and mind, are the expressed. The connection of "Thus I have heard," etc.

To this it is said: Those who lack clairvoyance, are foolish, have little learning, have not reached the other side of the Tathagata's teachings, evil spiritual friends teach the Dharma, do not consider the perfection of their own and others' benefit, and those who have hateful thoughts, their words are like that. However, those who possess clairvoyance, have reached the other side of the Tathagata's teachings, certainly and uniquely benefit themselves and others, possess wisdom, benefit others, and generate their own and others' benefit, they have spoken of the characteristics of "I express with words" and so on. Similarly, it is also said: Monks, those who teach the Dharma well will hear the words "Thus have I heard," and after hearing, they will keep them in mind. How can one correctly understand the meaning of multiple verses within a single verse? The words of those who possess wisdom are like that. Similarly, how do the Guru and Yogini arise from mantras, arise from places, arise from co-emergence, and from fields, etc.? From the various powers, for sentient beings with the capacity, for whom and what, those who are destined to be shown which teachings separately, with compassionate eyes they gaze, or by touching or seeing, they also generate great bliss. When they look at the three thousand great thousand worlds, they can see. The sentient beings abiding there can hear the sound. Just by that appearance, a touch is generated for both. With the wisdom of divine substances, they can also smell the scent. With the tongue of various Dharmas, they can also taste and eat the flavor. They remember their previous abodes. Those who have exhausted defilements can also arise (wisdom). Here also, "Thus have I heard," etc., the Bhagavan Shakya Simha, in one verse, has proclaimed all the Dharmas and the characteristics of the Dharmas. Those sentient beings and those of the same kind, at that time, all can comprehend in that way. The various Bodhisattvas and Yoginis, the various collections they have made, that is the meaning of what is called. Therefore, there is no fault. Here, even if there is no fault until then, but at that time, incorporating the intentions of many teachers into this, that is a fault.
