སྤོང་རང་བཞིན།། ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཆོས་དང་ཆོས་མ་ཡི་པ་བཟློག་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ནོ། །མདོར་ན་ནཱིའི་ཡི་གེར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དྷ་ཡིག་ཡ་དང་སྦྱར་བ་སྟེ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྷཱི་ཡི་གེ་དང་ཡའི་ཡི་གེས་སྦྱར་བ་དྷྱའི་ཡི་གེའོ། །བསམ་གཏན་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རང་ ༄། །བཞིན་ཏེ་རབ་ཏུ་དབབ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཏ་སྡེའི་མཐའ་མ་གཟུང་བྱ་སྟེ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཏའི་སྡེ་ཚན་གྱི་མཐའ་མ་ནའི་ཡི་གེ་གཟུང་བའོ། །གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ལྟར་སྣང་དངོས་པོ་མེད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟར་དྲི་ཟའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཡོད་པ་ཉིད་ན་མེད་པའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆོས་འདི་ཐམས་ཅད་དངོས་པོ་མེད་པ་དེའི་དངོས་པོའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའོ། །ཡ་སྡེའི་གཉིས་པའི་ས་བོན་ནི། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡའི་སྡེ་ཚན་གྱི་གཉིས་པའི་ས་བོན་རའི་ཡི་གེའོ། །གཏི་མུག་རང་བཞིན་འབར་བའོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཏི་མུག་གི་རང་བཞིན་འབར་བའོ། །ས་ཡིག་ཨི་ཡི་ཡི་གེས་དབྱེ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སའི་ཡི་གེ་ཨིའི་ཡི་གེས་ཕྱེ་བས་མདོར་ན་སིའི་ཡི་གེའོ། །སེང་གེ་མ་ཧེ་འཇོམས་པའོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེང་གེ་རྣམས་དང་མ་ཧེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུས་འཇོམས་ཤིང་འཆི་བྱེད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ཉིད་པས་སྡང་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ང་རྒྱལ་འཇོམས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཉི་མར་ཡང་ནི་གནས་པ་ནི། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཉི་མ་ནི་རའི་ཡི་གེ་སྟེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པའོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ཀུན་རྒྱལ་པོའོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ལ་རྒྱལ་ཞིང་འབར་བས་ན་རྒྱལ་པོའོ། །པ་སྡེ་མཐའ་མ་ཨཱ་དབྱངས་བརྒྱན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་པའི་སྡེ་ཚན་གྱི་མཐའ་མ་མའི་ཡི་གེ་ལ་ཨཱའི་ཡི་གེས་བརྒྱན་པ་སྟེ་གཉིས་ལས་ཡང་མཱའི་ཡི་གེའོ། །སྒྱུ་མར་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ངེས་འཛིན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྒྱུ་མར་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ངེས་པར་འཛིན་པ་སྟེ་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་དང་བྲལ་བ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་གཏི་མུག་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡང་ངོ༌། །འཛིན་པའི་ས་བོན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སའི་ས་བོན་ལའི་ཡི་གེའོ། །ཨཱ་ཡིག་བརྒྱན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཨཱའི་ཡི་གེའི་སྟེང་དུ་བརྒྱན་པ་སྟེ་མདོར་ན་ལཱའི་ཡི་གེར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཡི་ཡེ་ཤེས་འཐོབ། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བས་ཐོབ་པའི་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་རྐང་པ་བཅུ་བཞི་པོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་རྐང་པ་བཅུ་བཞི་ནི། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ཁ་ཌྭཱཾ་ག །ཀ་པཱ་ལ། དྷཱ་རི་ཎི། མ་ཧཱ་མ་ཧཱ། པི་ཤིཏཱ། མཱཾ་ས། ཨ་ཤ་ནི། མཱ་ནུ་ཥཱནྟྲ་པྲཱ་པྲྀཏྟེ། སནྣི་དྷྱཾ།

“舍弃自性”的意思是，舍弃法与非法之自性。简而言之，变为呢字。 “达字与亚相合”的意思是，达（དྷ）字和亚（ཡ）字相合，成为达亚（དྷྱ）字。 “禅定咒语之自性”的意思是，禅定的咒语的自性，即完全降伏之义。 “当取他组之末字”的意思是，当取他组的最后一个字，即那（ན）字。 “如城显现实无物”的意思是，犹如乾闼婆之城，虽显现有，实则无。 同样，一切法皆无实物，即彼之实物之意。 “亚组之第二种子字”的意思是，亚组的第二个种子字是ra（ར）字。 “愚痴自性炽燃”的意思是，愚痴的自性炽燃。 “萨字以伊字分离”的意思是，萨（ས）字以伊（ཨི）字分离，简而言之，变为si（སི）字。 “狮子水牛皆摧毁”的意思是，狮子等和水牛等的身体摧毁，成为死亡之形，故能摧毁憎恨之有情众生的傲慢之意。 “于日中亦安住”的意思是，太阳即ra（ར）字，完全安住。 “瑜伽母众之国王”的意思是，瑜伽母一切之王位，胜伏且炽燃，故为国王。 “巴组末字阿音饰”的意思是，巴组的最后一个字ma（མ）字，以阿（ཨཱ）字修饰，二者合一，即为ma（མཱ）字。 “如幻有情皆定执”的意思是，如幻有情皆定执，即彼等皆离自性，亦为愚痴等。 “执持之种子字”的意思是，萨（ས）的种子字是la（ལ）字。 “阿字饰”的意思是，在阿（ཨཱ）字之上修饰，简而言之，变为la（ལཱ）字。 “唯彼之智慧可得”的意思是，瑜伽士所获得的唯彼之智慧应知晓。 如是十四句，即：卡德旺嘎（kha ḍvāṃ ga），嘎巴拉（ka pā la），达日尼（dhā riṇi），玛哈玛哈（mahā mahā），贝西达（pi śi tā），芒萨（māṃ sa），阿夏尼（a śa ni），玛努夏恩扎扎帕日特（mā nu ṣā ntra prā pṛ tte），桑尼扬（sa nni dhyaṃ）。

"Abandoning nature" means abandoning the nature of Dharma and non-Dharma. In short, it becomes the syllable Nī. "The letter Dha combined with Ya" means that the letter Dha (དྷ) and the letter Ya (ཡ) are combined to become the letter Dhya (དྷྱ). "The nature of meditation mantra" means the nature of the meditation mantra, which means complete subjugation. "The last letter of the Ta group should be taken" means that the last letter of the Ta group, which is the letter Na (ན), should be taken. "Appearing like a city, but without substance" means that like the city of Gandharvas, although it appears to exist, it is actually non-existent. Similarly, all dharmas are without substance, which means their substance. "The second seed syllable of the Ya group" means that the second seed syllable of the Ya group is the letter Ra (ར). "The nature of ignorance is blazing" means that the nature of ignorance is blazing. "The letter Sa separated by the letter I" means that the letter Sa (ས) is separated by the letter I (ཨི), and in short, it becomes the letter Si (སི). "Lions and buffaloes are all destroyed" means that the bodies of lions and buffaloes are destroyed, becoming the form of death, so it means destroying the arrogance of those hateful sentient beings. "Also abiding in the sun" means that the sun is the letter Ra (ར), completely abiding. "The king of all Yoginis" means that the kingdom of all Yoginis is victorious and blazing, therefore it is the king. "The last letter of the Pa group is adorned with the A vowel" means that the last letter of the Pa group, the letter Ma (མ), is adorned with the letter Ā (ཨཱ), and the two together become the letter Mā (མཱ). "Like a magic trick, all sentient beings are definitely grasped" means that like a magic trick, all sentient beings are definitely grasped, which means that they are all separate from their own nature, and also ignorance, etc. "The seed syllable of grasping" means that the seed syllable of Sa (ས) is the letter La (ལ). "Adorned with the letter A" means adorned on top of the letter Ā (ཨཱ), in short, it becomes the letter Lā (ལཱ). "Only that wisdom can be attained" means that the wisdom of only that which is attained by the yogi should be known. Thus, the fourteen lines are: Khaḍvāṃga, Kapāla, Dhāriṇi, Mahāmahā, Piśitā, Māṃsa, Aśani, Mānuṣāntra Prāpṛtte, Sannidhyaṃ.
