It becomes twofold, therefore it cannot accomplish the deeds of sentient beings. Moreover, it will transcend the path of the Bodhisattvas. Thus it is said: 'How is your emptiness meaningless?' This is because for what reason is emptiness unnecessary, yet you completely enter into it, so it is said that way. Therefore, abandon emptiness, and satisfy your desires with my supreme bliss, the unsurpassed joy, and you will obtain the incomparable realm of sentient beings, the wisdom of great joy.' This is its meaning. Similarly, it is also said: 'You are the maker of all dharmas.' This means: 'Alas, Lord of All, you are the maker of all dharmas, those who generate the benefit of sentient beings.' At that time, why should emptiness abide in the maturation of self-nature? Why do you hold onto the co-emergent self-nature, do not go with it, abandon entering into emptiness. At that time, also please delight me with the supreme meaning.' This means that I abandon the eight worldly dharmas, but please satisfy your desires with the bliss of the supreme meaning for those of compassionate nature. 'How do you go along with the world?' This means with what kind of joy of accomplishing meaning do you satisfy your desires, father, and when you see, the world goes along with you. Also with the self-nature of Bodhi. At that time, mutually accomplish the deeds of sentient beings.' This is its meaning. 'This' and so on, is called urging with this song, that is, being completely awakened by approaching and encouraging with previous aspirations. 'Heruka himself', this means abandoning the form of the seed, and appearing as Heruka, with the self-nature of the four drops, etc., it will be explained as having the form of compassion, etc., being completely awakened together with the hands and forms, etc., is the clear form, is the meaning of the Vajradhara of the fruition. Thus, with the self-nature spoken by the letters of the mantra, in an instant, in various ways, the Bhagavan arises. His mantra is spoken, Om Ah, etc., between the outer and other lotuses, the wheels and lotuses, and the heroes and heroines.

The meditation of the remaining yogis, born together with all the Isvaris, is easy to realize everything. However, the arrangement of the world realm is to be explained. Before this, the gods such as Brahma reside in the center of the nectar. From that nature, at that time, the form of wisdom, the gods such as Brahma, with the essence of compassion, love, joy, and equanimity, arise from entering here. They also remember the previous characteristics, and because they are attached to eating the nectar of the body, they remember all the actions such as the yoga practiced before, and thus awaken. They see everything with the eye faculty and so on. The nectar was produced by churning the moon and sun before. They also see the wheel of the moon and sun and stars because their body is the nectar itself. At that time, with the Dharma wheel of twelve natures, reciting mantras, they see Mount Meru and so on, and all the edges of the sky. From that, speech is born, and that also produces all the treatises of the world and beyond. Thus, after remembering the treatises, in whatever way, Brahmins and kings, etc., how also the lineages of the yoginis and heroines of the wheel of the mandala. There, they abide in the actions of the lineages. Fear and seasons, craving and hatred arise. Therefore, where the crops such as rice are planted, the parts of the land arise. One navel is female. The sun is male. Fire is desire. Dance is the nine moods of dance and so on. Various dances, songs, music, sounds and languages, etc., and treatises of desire, and hatred, desire, ignorance and jealousy, etc., and anger, fighting and speech, etc., characteristics, and approaching and honoring the guru and making offerings, etc., and generosity, etc., and peaceful forms, and the mind of the sacred Dharma, and the mind of the collection of actions such as peace, and various concepts such as that arise.

That which is called "half black and half green" is the consciousness of night and day. That which is called "seventy-six hands" is that the left hand emanates thirty-eight realms, namely the aggregates, places, birth places, objects, faculties of action, and the objects of the faculties of action. Thus, six sixes are thirty-six, namely semen and blood. These are gathered on the right, dwelling in the word of duality. Likewise, that which is called "the faces are seventeen" is the sixteen realms of what was previously said, such as "this is secret," and the seventeenth is consciousness. That which is called "holding the hair knot" is for the sake of making those who hope for various worlds into wheel-turners and establishing them in the true Dharma. That which is called "hero" is because of conquering the battle of those who arise from previous afflictions and near afflictions with various nets. That which is called "nose Dharma vajra" is because of faith in the Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, Guru, and Yogini. That which is called "having a half moon" is because of tasting the supreme taste and the dripping of semen. That which is called "the face with large teeth clenched" is because of cutting off those who hate. The faces with the colors of yellow, green, red, first, and black are for the sake of the four seasons and four, the four junctures, and the four hours. Likewise, the collection of weapons on the right and left is, in order, entering the Dharma of cyclic existence with elephant skin. With the mudra of the place of birth, one enters Nirvana. The remaining weapons of the seventy-two hands, as well as being adorned with skulls, with six mudras, with a garland of a hundred heads, with armlets, with anklets and their sound, with tiger skin and swirling hair, thus the eighty are the arising of eighty thousand mental activities. Thus, the fifty-one eyes are the consciousness of the letters of vowels and consonants from the letter Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and so on to the end of the letter Ka.
