The necessity of necessity is to practice the way of luminosity of beings. Similarly, In all the tantras, what is expressed is the determination of the great yogini, the thirty-six hundred thousand verses, which is the great ocean of dakinis, which is what is expressed. What is to be expressed is the king of the tantras of the ocean of dakinis, which is what is to be expressed by this. From the mouth of the vajra master, whatever tantra is small, all the tantras are vast, so it is explained, hence it is related. In times of dispute, Shakyamuni Buddha spoke of the shallow listeners, the inferior minds, and those who desire enlightenment by gathering them together, for them he spoke of the shallow tantras, which is the necessity. Again, gathered by the compilers, after Shakyamuni Buddha passed into complete nirvana, from then on, even in the time of the five degenerations, any sentient being, whether or not they attend to and honor the lama, whether or not they become a critic, whoever they may be, by merely seeing, touching, and hearing this small tantra, they will become enlightened, which is related to the necessity of necessity. Similarly, what is expressed is that in all the three thousand great thousand worlds, the Buddhas also name it as such. Therefore, here, the Bhagavan's teaching of the tantra, with the characteristic of a sound and image, clearly explains the necessity and the function, and in a way that cannot be spoken, what its own nature is, that is what is to be expressed. Among what is taught and what is to be taught, when the state of ability arises, the characteristics of dharma and dharmata, from hearing, thinking, and meditating, the wisdom of the yogis, that is the meaning of relation. Thus, with the supreme non-duality, the very form of supreme bliss, from the emanation of countless Buddhas, is the necessity. Not only is it necessary, but also for the benefit of all sentient beings, the Buddhas teach the dharmas, so attaining the siddhi of the great seal is the necessity of necessity. Similarly, the collection of all names, included in the four joys, the ultimate of these, at the time of co-emergence, abandoning the nature of one and many, the realm of dharmata, is also what is expressed.

The classification and distinction of all things is itself what is to be expressed. The close connection of all Mahayana Dharma is itself the connection. The purpose is to lead sentient beings who have fallen into hatred and the like into the right path. They, with their own thoughts, through the reasoning of the collection of karmas, taste the various flavors of Suchness, which is the purpose of the purpose. Again, in the manner of pervading and causing to pervade, the establishment of the Bhagavan, whether all the chapters or fragments, the tantras will again expound. What is to be expressed is that in all the chapters of heroes and heroines, the occasions of all the actions of the main and mandala practitioners will be explained. The method of accomplishing the supreme and unchanging accomplishment through the churning and churned dharmas is the connection. The signs such as smoke are done through the order of the six limbs, which is the purpose. They are separated from their own nature and immersed in the accomplishment of the mudra, which is the purpose of the purpose. Similarly, the names of the roots of vajra and lotus, etc., and places and nearby places, etc., are what is to be expressed. The combination of wind and consciousness, the complete descent of bodhicitta, is what is to be expressed. That is also through the guru's instructions, wherever it turns, that is the connection. Their bodhicitta is far from the limits, the absorption of the four elements is itself the purpose. Their, also similarly, the arising wisdom, is not the object of expression and expresser, or the accomplisher of all actions, is called the purpose of the purpose, and then practiced accordingly. Similarly, here, any collection of scriptures is the support, those scriptures make one attain Buddhahood through the order of lineage, is the expresser, that is, the support. Their acceptance, the actions of body, speech, and mind, are what is to be expressed. Thus I have heard, etc., connection.
