Meditate on non-duality in the ultimate sense. The so-called "Great Awareness of Mental Power" means that mind is just mind, that is, only mind. Power is its function. Great awareness is because it is self-awareness. Those dakinis, those births, act with self-aware mind, so they are shown to be special. The so-called "Light like lightning" is because of impermanence. ༄. The dakinis meditate in this way, this is the remaining part. How to meditate? Starting from "Deity" etc. "Time" is the scriptural proof, and in terms of oral instruction, it is combined from outside to inside. It transforms and combines into the yoga of the form of the deity. How to develop it? It is said "Extremely subtle" etc. The so-called "Dust collection" is the central dust surrounded by dust from six directions. What will it become? It becomes extremely subtle, because it is separated from one and many, so it becomes without self-nature. It is also said: "When six are combined at once, the finest dust particle is divided into six parts. If the six are in one position, they gather into a tiny dust particle." This is reasoning. The so-called "Meditating on things" means that things are coarse. From the subtle and selfless, they gather and appear as coarse. Meditate on the body like the moon in water, just experiencing it. Therefore it is said: "Unchanging and without appearance." What will it become? "Giving the fruit of omniscience," meaning that meditating in this way will become the fruit with the characteristics of all-knowing. Some say, starting from "Navel" etc. "Navel" is the navel of the lotus in the heart. There, the yogini, that is, the first vowel with the moon and bindu. The so-called "Two tongues" are the tongue and the uvula. Those heroes connected to the veins of sinful movement, bless the rosary of mantras recited, develop and withdraw from that path, and recite from it. "Heroes and yoginis, act like a non-dual ritual," is to take out the rosary of mantras from the vajra path from the union of the two roots, enter the heart of the goddess, and from her mouth

Then, entering through the path of Avadhūta upon those, one should repeatedly laugh. That itself is said as, "Abiding on the wheel of fire." Thus, the garland of mantras should be recited like the wheel of fire, according to the ritual of pacifying and other activities. ༄། །The name 'Ḍākinī' and so forth indicates the contemplation of the mandala, and the explanation is as before. Thus, in the pacifying ritual, both ends of the garland of mantras are combined with Oṃ. In the increasing ritual, it is Svāhā. In the wrathful ritual, it is Hūṃ. Alternatively, 'the navel, the heart,' and so forth, indicate another aspect of the ritual after the two rituals that follow. In the five places, in order: Oṃ Sarva Buddha Ḍākinī Ye Vajravarṇanī Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦྦ་བུ་དྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ་བཛྲ་ཝརྞྞནཱི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व बुद्ध डाकिनी ये वज्रवर्णनी स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ sarva buddha ḍākinī ye vajravarṇanī svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ, all, Buddha, Ḍākinī, ye, Vajra, color, Svāhā.) And Oṃ Vajra Vairocanī Ye Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནཱི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र वैरोचनी ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ vajra vairocanī ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ, Vajra, Vairocanī, ye, Svāhā.) And Oṃ Hrīḥ Ha Ha Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ. And Oṃ Śrī Vajra He He Ru Ru Koṃ Huṃ Huṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ Ḍākinī Jāla Saṃbhara Huṃ Huṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ śrī vajra he he ru ru koṃ huṃ huṃ phaṭ phaṭ ḍākinī jāla saṃbhara huṃ huṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ, auspicious, Vajra, he, he, ru, ru, koṃ, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ, Phaṭ, Ḍākinī, net, accumulation, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ, Svāhā.) And the collection of mantras beginning with Oṃ Kara Kara is blessed, which is laughter. 'The navel, the heart,' and so forth, indicate that laughter is also applied to the body of the goddess. The name 'Yogini' is the sixth meaning, for the faithful. The name 'tongue' is the first meaning, for the seventh. 'Two' refers to the forehead and the crown of the head, which also has the seventh meaning. 'Hero' signifies approximation, laughter in the mantras of heroes and yoginis. That itself is said as, "Heroes and Yoginis," and so forth, which is easy to understand. For 'flower' and so forth, contemplate oneself as the Ḍākinī residing on the flower chariot, and recite the mantra Oṃ Ḍākinī Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ डाकिनी हुं हुं फट्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ ḍākinī huṃ huṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ, Ḍākinī, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ.) as before on the flower offered to the Ḍākinī, and whatever is given will cause the body and so forth to increase. 'Conch' and so forth indicate the union with the fallen mother. 'Chewing and reciting' means that with the union of the fallen mother, the object to be accomplished is placed in the mouth and chewed, and contemplate it, and recite Oṃ Batab Tani Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བ་ཏབ་ཏ་ནི་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ बतब्तनि हुं हुं फट्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ batabtani huṃ huṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ, Batab, Tani, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ.) as before, and one will fall. 'Then' and so forth is the union.
