For the benefit and happiness, one should say three times, "May I become glorious Heruka." In an instant, transform into the form of the great mudra, perfectly united with one's own deity, which will be explained as arising from the letter Hūṃ. Recite Āli and Kāli three times, and place the three letters of Heruka in the crown of the head, throat, and heart respectively. Visualize that one's own self and all external stable and moving objects become invisible, reciting, "All dharmas are devoid of cause," "All dharmas are devoid of conception," and "All dharmas do not abide anywhere." Then, due to the power of past aspirations, focus on the three letters Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the sky, arranged in order from top to bottom. From the complete transformation of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) comes a vajra. From the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) residing in the center of that vajra, the rays of light of the letter spread throughout the entire sky up to the ultimate limit of the surroundings. The rays, in the form of iron hooks that engage in accomplishing the benefit of all sentient beings, again enter into those three letters. Oṃ merges into Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) merges into the vajra, gradually from the tip of the vajra to the center of the vajra. The center of the vajra also merges into the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Ū merges into Ha, Ha merges into the head, the head merges into the form of a half-moon, that merges into a bindu, the bindu merges into sound, and sound merges into mere sound. The object of mere sound is also abandoned. In order to purify the outer world, from Ya, Ra, Va, and La, generate wind, fire, water, and a golden mandala, etc. Above that, from the letter Ka, generate a turtle or a plow. Above that, from A, generate a variegated vajra. Above that, from Paṃ, generate an eight-petaled lotus. Above that, from Suṃ, generate a four-cornered Mount Meru, possessing the nature of four precious jewels. Above that, again, on the lotus seat, visualize Āli and Kāli completely transformed into a mandala of the moon and sun. From the mere sound existing in the sky, gradually visualize the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) as a moon mandala. From the complete transformation of that, [visualize oneself as] the Blessed One, perfectly united with Vajravarahi, possessing twelve arms, and...

With two hands holding a vajra and a bell, embracing the consort tightly. With two hands holding the elephant skin garment dripping with blood on the back. The third, fourth, fifth, and sixth hands on the right hold a trident, a battle-axe, a hooked knife, and a damaru. The left hands hold a khatvanga, a skull cup, a lasso, and the head of Brahma. Possessing six mudras. Adorned with a crown of hair, marked with various vajras on the crown of the head, with a crescent moon on the left side. Supremely beautiful with five skulls, possessing a vajra garland. Three-eyed. The first face and body color are all like rain clouds. The left face is green, the back is red, and the right face is yellow. Completely possessing Āli and Kāli, holding for the offering of a garland of human heads. Wearing a tiger skin loincloth that has just been peeled off. With the right leg extended, pressing down on the lord of beings. Seated on the center of a lotus. Surrounded by four consorts residing on the petals, residing in the center of the three wheels. Vajravarahi is without dust, possessing five mudras, adorned with bone belts and so on, naked with disheveled hair. The right hand holding the vajra is raised upwards, embracing from the neck, holding intestines filled with human blood. The second face, the left hand holds a kapala, seated with the left leg extended. Other distinctions should be known from other extensive texts. The so-called "definitive arising" means that it arises from the nature of sound and is consistent with the basis, and is indicated by the fifth case, meaning that it arises from the combination of two powers. Therefore, for what does it definitively arise from the sound residing in the direction of space? The reason why many words of "definitive arising" are spoken is because it should be known that from one sound arise all the heroes and dakinis possessing the three wheels. If asked what it is like? The answer is: It is the field of action for the practice of vows. It is said. There are two kinds of vows: those to be protected and those to be consumed. Their action is to engage in universal enjoyment. That itself is the field of action, and that which has become the field is called that. Or, the vows are the goddesses, those
