On special days of the waxing moon made from fat, make a mandala in front, offer it with mantras as in the ritual, and give the torma filled with meat and blood to the Yidaks inseparable from glorious Heruka, and let the great yogi rest with the conduct of Heruka, recite mantras and bless. The essence of the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) should be proclaimed with a terrifying sound. Then, on top of the wind mandala that moves fire with wind, visualize a victory banner with the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) placed on the feet, and smear it with the ghee shown earlier. Then, starting from the soles of the feet up to the head, fumigate continuously with a large amount of gugul incense, and with the flowers of the mandala, strike the heart and head with the command of all yogis. Give the torma in a skull cup filled with the five elixirs and alcohol, and say, "Grant me the accomplishment of a yogi who travels in the sky." Then, take the ghee dripping from its body, pour it into a gourd or any other vessel, and smear it on the soles of the feet, and the siddhi of traveling in the sky will be accomplished. Also, repeatedly soak the seeds of the bumblebee in fish oil from a fish bladder and crow's bile and blood, put them in any skull cup, fill it with soil from a charnel ground, and then perform the torma and offerings as shown before. Take the fully ripened seeds and put them in your mouth, and you will become a bird. Like that, repeatedly soak the seeds in blood and fat, fumigate with smoke of meat and bone powder, then cultivate them in that skull cup, and take the fruit that ripens in time and put it in your mouth, and you will see such a form, and it will fully accomplish longevity and freedom from disease, and like that, transform into the forms of crows, owls, eagles, peacocks, and domestic fowl, etc. If you spit it out of your mouth, it will be the same as before. On the auspicious day of the waxing moon and the sun day, take the seeds of Litala.
